of the testimonials displayed on their…

of the testimonials displayed on their website are attributed to UK companies (e.g., Albion Builders Ltd) that were already dissolved before Apex Management Solutions was even incorporated or launched. I have verified this via Companies House.

For example:

“John D., Director of Albion Builders Ltd” is listed as providing a glowing testimonial.

However, Albion Builders Ltd was dissolved years before Apex was registered (June 2024), making it impossible for such a testimonial to be genuine.
This constitutes a deliberate attempt to deceive potential customers into trusting their services.

Under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, this is a breach of UK law as it misleads consumers through fake social proof.

This is especially concerning as the company claims to offer debt management and business advisory services, where trust is paramount.

Is this a scam?

Ive recently received a letter off ( Apex Management Solutions via email and text ). Stating I owe £300 plus £195 Admin charge. I set up with them previously for an ad under ‘Raising Smiles’ in 2023 which I paid within monthly instalments. To forward on I had received emails regarding the ad. But never signed or agreed to anything? I’m now being hounded for the outstanding balance to a new ad, which I haven’t even received a call or invoice for. Has anyone had any similar issues? As I’m seeing a lot of people being scammed.

SCAM - DO NOT fall for it

Recently received a letter from (Apex Solutions) who apparently are a debt recovery for this company. After business was closed down 18months ago, my partner received a letter to say he owed bestsolutions money and he was being taken to court - UTTER SCAM. He never signed any agreements for advertising with this company. The letter has incorrect information on, only giving 7days to respond and a court letter with NO information on. When calling bestsolutions the line is always busy and Apex is a mobile number where a lady literally teared into my partner and giving him the right act when she should be an independent view and have handled it more professional. As you will read with others its unreal and HOPE anyone reads this before actually owing them money. Please report it to the Action Fraud police line. Utterly disgusting and should be found out as its clear they have been doing it a long time. SCUM!!

Keep clear of these scammers

About 18 months ago when I was trying to really get my business off the ground, I signed up with these for a bit of advertising.

I never received anything they promised. No pre print design on how my ad would look, no magazine afterwards which showcases the ad. Nothing.

Fast forward to now and they have sent a company called Apex (which I have just found out is a bogus collections agency) to collect a payment of £745 for a £180 invoice (which was never paid as the work and advertising they promised was never fulfilled)

Apex have then sent a blank Court order form signed by a company called 'Raising smiles' which I have also found it is a complete bogus charity! And I have never had any dealings with them!

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. STAY WELL AWAY

Horrible scam company with a nasty nasty little man in charge. From a discussion about donating for charity (raising smiles, SCAM) to owing apparent money to a design firm to being chased by debt collectors (Apex) who won’t even answer the phone, all from one phone call a year ago, horrible operation from a bunch of low life thieves

Their first mistake was trying on the 'aged debt' scam with my cancer-stricken wife. They went so far as to try to strong arm her into paying a non-existent debt via 'Apex Management Solutions' which is a bogus debt collection agency. Funnily enough, though, we happen to live very close to the registered offices of the Raising Smiles charity, whose involvement and 'newsletter' is used to trick people into expressing an interest in the first place. Called in and, guess what, the company is merely a 6x4 inch mailbox at the Mailboxes Etc shop at that same address. The clerk there knew all about them and said I was not the first to call in. Probably for the best, as I would have had a 'few choice words' with them. Reported to Action Fraud, Charities Commission and BBC Watchdog.

Frustrated old woman on phone

Frustrated old woman on phone
It seems like this DRC company and best solutions (children’s charity) work together to scam people out of money claiming to create an advert to boost your business sales.. this doesn’t exist and best solutions can’t show evidence of a advert to us. Both companies will pass you back and forth which is actually quite amusing to listen to one another claim they don’t have any information on the matter.

The lady at DRC I spoke to seemed very frustrated under her tone (I bet she’s fun at partys) surely she doesn’t even get invited!
Again the frustration almost seemed like shes in a sexless marriage or had been cheated on several times and is a victim of this world.. but I guess that’s why she’s in this job!

Anyhow….!

If you made it this far stay clear if you have fell for the children’s charity or perhaps they have just randomly invoiced you for an advertisement which doesn’t exist get a solicitor to sort this out for you which is easily done but before you do that you’ve got to hear this insecure old bag ramble on 🤣🤣🤣

Did not agree to anything. Did not receive anything. Have email proof to say I do not agree to anything and now they’re emailing saying I owe £234 and they will pass my company details to all debt collectors in West Midlands.
Company needs reporting!! Absolutely disgusting what they’re doing to people!

The worst place ever!

The worst place ever!! They call you up taking your details and saying they will advertise your business. Then start sending letters and emails for payments which I haven’t even decided on anything or confirmed, I didn’t sign any paperwork. Then tell me I can’t cancel it and I have to pay. Be careful if they call you put the phone down!!! They are not helpful and just want your money!!

Terrible company

Terrible company. Ring me out of the blue from miles away asking me if I would like business advertised in a school magazine. They said it would help children with disabilities. Never mentioned no money or price so I sed ye ok. Next few days they send me a cheap magazine with my business name in the top corner with pictures they made up were my work. So they also lie to their customers stay far away from these individuals. Pirated images and said to people it was my work. Now when I say you never mentioned no price you keep trying to bully me into giving you £100s of pounds lol. Get a proper job.
