Leather bag falsely advertised
I ordered two bags from their website that were described as bovine leather. What was delivered was the same bag but with label that said ‘Vegan leather’, ‘’may stain other garments, changes colour when exposed to sunlight’ . The irony is that the bag comes in two colours and both of them are falsely advertised. The same description still stands even after informing them about it. Their only response was to return the bags, not even offering a discount. I have been a loyal customer for the past few years and I find this unacceptable.
