This has been a very disappointing process.
I bought a lift on June 3rd 2026.
It’s been more than a month and the lift can’t be used.
It got shipped after 2 weeks. The freight company gave date of delivery. Rented a forklift to unload it and they never came, list that money.
Finally after several days, emails and phone calls they delivered it.
When delivered it came without the hardware box and no power unit.
Contacted Best Buy. Provided photos. It’s been over two weeks still no power unit. Still nothing. This is so painful.

I want to walk through exactly what happened here, because you deserve a clear account and because most of this was outside our hands.
You ordered in early June, and your lift shipped about two weeks later. The freight carrier set your delivery date, so you scheduled and paid for a forklift to unload it — and then they didn't show. That cost you the rental, and it was the first of several missteps that were the freight carriers, not yours. When they finally delivered, the shipment arrived without the hardware box and without the power unit.
The same day you reported it, our team opened a dock search with the carrier and got your hardware box located and delivered that day. The carrier then reported the power unit as "found," but never gave a delivery date. We kept following up through the holiday weekend with no movement. Early this month, they came back and told us the power unit had gone missing again.
At that point we stopped waiting on them. We shipped you a brand-new power unit at no charge, and it's on its way to you now. We're also working with the freight carrier to make the lost forklift rental right.
This has taken far, far too long, and I'm sorry for every part of it that landed on you. Please reach out if you need any further assistance..

The customer service is beyond great. They are always looking to give the best price without sales tactics. I had to cancel a sale a couple years ago, today i was finally able to purchase my lift. They went above and beyond price matching. Anthony was my salesman, couldnt suggest them more. They even called me later with an offer i couldnt refuse
