Very good service from James at Sales and product arrived early next day by efficient courier who would have phoned before leaving, if we were not at home.

We had an issue, just over one year after purchase, with a couple of office chairs. I contacted Best Buy and explained the issue. Within an hour a fix was proposed and new parts will be depatched free of charge. Excellent customer care and I'm very happy to recommend Best Buy Office Chairs.

I used online chat to talk to a representative (James) about an issue with the gas lift on my chair that I bought here. The response was quick and a replacement part offered without delay. Top notch service.

We ordered 10 chairs and they arrived on the day we had asked for. All good. Just to say they came in 2 separate Lorries and at different times - 1 came first, then about an hour later, the other 9. Just be aware this may happen & don’t panic. Thanks to James for his reassurance over the phone. Very good customer service.

The task chair we purchased had a problem with the tilt function, the problem was diagnosed very swiftly and a replacement seat base was delivered. Excellent service.

We purchased an executive chair for a senior member of our organisation. The process was easy and delivery was quick. about 6 to 8 months after purchase we lost a caster. The customer service team were amazing. Easily contactable and replied instantly. The level of service I received from James was top notch. I genuinely had not expected the help and resolution offered.

I have just taken delivery of two Ergo Mesh Manager's 24hr Chairs for my home office, to replace my ageing ones, where I run a small IT Support company. It took less than an hour to construct them from a flatpack and all wen together well. They are beautifully made, confortable and sturdy to use. They were reduced in the BestBuy Wintwer sale and will no doubt last a very long time.

We accidentally ordered the wrong chairs which were assembled by a 3rd party before we realised. The team were extremely helpful and obtained arms for the chairs at no extra cost to which we are extremely grateful.
