Terrible. Sized up and it was so tight and just fit really weird. THEN when I tried to return, it’s as if Bershka did everything in their power to not let me return the item online. I don’t live near a shop so drop off was my only option really and everytime I tried to do it I got an error code, or it wouldn’t let me select the item to return or it didn’t give me my order details AT ALL. Not impressed. Will not be ordering again.

Nice quality and somewhat delivery

I’m consumer from India. I’ve ordered a bodysuit in the size ‘M’ but I received’XS’. This is clear case of negligence from their end and they are not willing to give me an exchange rather I’m asked to return the product and then reorder the product once again that too I’ve to pay an additional delivery fee for the re-purchase which is just not fair from their end as it is clearly their mistake for which I’ve to pay the price. They said they could give me a 10% discount but again I’ve to pay the delivery fee which in total is higher than the actual price of the product. I want to simply exchange the product without any additional payment. Please resolve this issue asap

I tried to order with my cousin through her Iphone. The Iphone app simply crashes when you try to check out. We contacted customer service where they told us my cousin's phone was the problem, even tho she has ordered from the phone prior to this before. We tried to empty the cache, delete the app and re-download it and it still didn't work so we ordered through the browser site on a laptop.

Now as we were waiting for the packages the email said it arrived but when we checked the package still hasn't arrived and the status of the packages are always off, sometimes saying it's not delivered when it's already delivered, says still in preparation when it should've been already delivered, etc.

The customer service is absolutely not helpful and feels clueless and not helpful. They rather blamed it on us than actually explaining anything.

How come u tell that I received. I don’t receive anything!!!!!?????

Everything's fine, and shipping was fast, but the shoes I ordered are slightly damaged or poorly finished around the heel, where it's glued to the sole. It doesn't look very nice—it looks like they just didn't glue the heel on properly.

The parcel has been missing and delivered wrong place where i mentioned everything correctly and instructions as well. Its delivery fault and till now its not solved yet.

Order arrived late

The delivery service was awful in on of the parcels.
They left it at the door step without any warning or a call. The company was Paack, not the first time with awful service. GLS on the other hand was very good. The problem was not with Bershka, but with the delivery company (Paack).

When i received my package, the box was completely open. There was water damage to the box and there was a hole.
I would attach pictures but I am unable to.

The delivery time was 7 days just to come from 2 hours and a half from my house and the package came in ripped.

All the tops are too small even though I ordered Large. I'm a size 10-12!
