Worse experience ever!!

After ordering with a confirmed…

After ordering with a confirmed delivery date of the day before Mother's day, and not receiving the order. I called their customer service, and was told they would arrive on Monday. On Tuesday I called, and was told they would arrive on Thursday. So much for Mother's day gift. On their website, I was never able to track the order. Because it said you can't track an order until it is shipped. So, I assume it was never shipped in the first place. Not a very good business.

One star is too generous. Avoid at all costs.

Shari’s Berries is a complete scam. They make delivery promises they clearly can’t keep, and their customer service is beyond useless. I paid an outrageous amount of money for strawberries that never showed up on time—and ended up spending more time on the phone chasing them down than the order was ever worth.

What’s worse is the shady vibe I’m getting from the whole operation. If I hadn’t personally followed up multiple times, would they have even shipped the order? Or just taken the money and ghosted? It honestly feels like they were hoping I wouldn’t notice.

And let’s talk about the agent who took my confirmation on Sunday. I said “yes for both orders.” If that sounded off or confusing, why didn’t they clarify? Instead, they just let the mistake slide and left me scrambling days later.

To top it all off, I’m stuck talking to robots and getting canned responses when I need real answers. Shari’s Berries has been nothing but a disappointment—don’t fall for the glossy photos and fake promises.

Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible, no customer service. Productive delivered late and damaged and who can I share that with. No one! On their website and on the email it says simply chat with us LOL if you refresh the screen it shows for a split second chat with us and then it disappears. Best way to handle this is call your credit card company and get a hundred percent credit! These people are not worth dealing with.

This is my second bad experience with…

This is my second bad experience with this company. After about a 5 year pause I decided to try again because my mother, who used to live in California, remembers their stores and loved their chocolate covered strawberries. So I ordered for Mother's Day. Extra charge for Saturday delivery but not too bad. Mom was on the lookout for their arrival and had the box opened and refrigerated within 15 minutes of arrival. She says the box was delivered upside down. Initially she said 2 were broken. But after looking again she said many had "cracked" their chocolate shells and leaked everywhere making a sticky mess. BUT because I'd had a prior bad experience before with this company I decided to order emergency backup gourmet chocolate covered Oreos from Amazon which arrived ON Mother's Day (Sunday) within the 4 hour window provided and THEY were perfect. So WAY TO GO BEZOS. And Shary's Berries still can't get it right...

Never ordering from them again

This is the worst company ever. I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my mom for Mother’s Day. They were supposed to arrive between Thursday and Friday. Instead they arrived Monday after Mother’s Day. They were warm and damaged. When I tried to contact customer service and get a refund they offered $15 off my next purchase. I will never order from them again. I asked for a full refund and they said in order to get a refund I would have to send the damaged strawberries back. As if I’m going to have my mom go through the hassle to send her damaged, late, inedible, Mother’s Day strawberries back. You can’t even talk to anyone on the phone to get help. They tried to blame fedex and took zero responsibility for it. I understand mistakes happen but at least try to fix it. I will never order from them again.

Horrible experience!!!

I only gave them 1 star b/c leaving 0 stars wasn't an option. Had I known that Shari's Berries was sold to 1-800-Flowers I'd never have purchased them b/c 1-800-Flowers NEVER delivers as planned. My Mother's Day gift to my 92-year-old mom was never delivered, without explanation, even though it was paid for in full & in advance. I then spent much of my own Mother's Day dealing with this (no number to call so all online chatting and incredibly frustrating!!!!). I see that I'm not alone with this and am so sorry to read that others had the same experience. If my review can save anyone from a similar experience I'd like to....

I'm so disappointed with this company…

I'm so disappointed with this company and what happened to it.
My son and daughter in law ordered a beautiful gift basket for me for mother's day. It showed up 2 days late, wasn't what I was told receive AND was melted beyond recognition. When I called customer service, they told me my son received a refund. Then WHY would your company deliver it and in such below standard quality. So sad

Another ruined Mother's Day

Wow Shari...looks like you ruined Mother's day for a lot of people! Placed my order on Wednesday they said it would be delivered on Friday. Delivery was for Richmond, VA; tracking showed it started in NJ, then went to Ohio! (FedEx). I knew when I saw the tracking it would not make it on time. It's Monday and they just arrived. Ice pack melted, box wet and chocolate melted! She said her flowers were beautiful. *update* Once she got the flowers out of the box and into a vase, at least half of them are flat/squished! Next year I'll go back to Edible Arrangements, quality strawberries and flowers. You could have kept the $15 off you sent for my next order...I doubt there will be another one!

Two years in a row, no delivery

Two years in a row, the flowers were delivered but the Strawberries never were. Even after requesting a redelivery, they still never arrived. The first year I thought maybe a delivery driver forgot them on the truck. I get it, Mother’s Day is a busy time, but two times in a row, same problem is ridiculous.

Shari’s Berries is terrible

Shari’s Berries is terrible. This is the second year in a row that they have not delivered an item in the window of time prior to Mother’s Day. The only thing offered is the same info you can pull offline. They only use fedex as a delivery service and do not seem interested in considering another delivery service on busy holidays like Mother’s Day.

This place has completely shattered my…

This place has completely shattered my Mother’s Day weekend. I placed an order on Thursday night, expecting it to arrive on Saturday. They falsely claimed it was delivered, yet the recipient never received it. To make matters worse, I discovered that no deliveries are made on Sundays in my area. They did nothing to rectify the situation, simply offering a refund, which fails to mend the damage done to the special weekend. Spoke with John and he promised it’ll be delivered on the 11th however, it was a total lie to get me off the phone. don’t trust this company for your delivery.

I wish I could write them zero stars

I wish I could write them zero stars. Place an order for Mother’s Day never received a confirmation or any tracking information, but they made sure to charge me for it. Use the chat feature only to find out that the agent couldn’t find an order from me at all and could not resolve the issue. 20 minutes later I start another chat where an agent was able to find the order. No surprise at all that the recipient did not receive the gift and they gave me a fake tracking number that showed an Amazon package being delivered when the gift was actually supposed to be sent with cooling. Then they tried to send me a savings card as though I will be back to order again. I asked for 100% refund of my order which they said they would do but then ghosted and guess who didn’t get the order or the refund? Had to file a dispute with my bank do not order from this company. They are terrible and none of the agents know how to do anything.

Horrible!!!

Horrible!!!! DO NOT WASTE UR MONEYY!!!!!!! Got a order from them forgot the chocolates and the strawberrys crushed and mushy with chocolate all crushed up. Sent another box with chocolates same thing but WORSEE! Chocolate crushed mushy strawberrys and even some strawberries with no chocolate on them. Tried to get a refund and they said no. Instead they are sending out another box of chocolates. Why should they ???? We already know its gonna be bad possibly worse. Maybe they should use fresh strawberries instead of frozen ones. 🤷‍♀️

Word of advise…DO NOT BUY from this…

Word of advise…DO NOT BUY from this company.
The flowers I received for mothers day are no where near the pictures. Half the size and most flowers were dead on arrival. It was truly shocking and disappointing to do that on mothers day.
The berries box looks in terrible shape.
I will have to run down buy things myself.
The max they did is %50 refund, which is a theft considering the whole order is a sham.
Avoid them at all costs…seriously

Delivered wrong address - I even walk to the neighbor to ask their door color is not even the same picture as show on picture this business is scamp. The help line is not even work.

Horrible

Horrible! Didn't deliver but half the order and no berries. Took an hour to get the customer service agent to respond and my mother in law did not get her berries. I have ordered multiple times, but NEVER again. I will buy them local or make them myself! I do NOT recommend!!
