They are absolutely great. Didn’t even have to wait too long to get sorted.

Very quick appointment, thourough in the questions and forms that needed answering. From innitial referal from gp to titration was approx 7 weeks.

My ADHD assessment went very smoothly from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout, with prompt responses to emails and helpful contact over the phone whenever I had any questions.

All of the information, instructions, and appointment details were clear and easy to follow, which made the whole process feel straightforward and well organised.

The assessment itself was professional and put me at ease. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would happily recommend their service to anyone considering an ADHD assessment.

Dr Hill was very methodical and was thorough when he went through my symptoms. He was confident in making a diagnosis and explained things very clearly.
The admin staff was very helpful and clearly explained the process with the team.
My appointment with Mr. Nabeel Ahmed was also very good. He was also very systematic with his explanation regarding the treatment options and suggestion, major & minor side effects and what to monitor and how to administer the treatment. He also answered all my questions and queries.
Even though everything was done on video link/audio call (ie not seen face to face) I am so impressed with the entire team. All staff are so professional & helpful. I am so fortunate to be assessed, diagnosed and treated at this centre. They’re simply amazing!

Amazing service however would like to start my adhd medication ASAP but doctors and hospital very slow are talking to each other

Hugo and May were fantastic for my autism and adhd Asessment . One was private and one was right to choose, both processes were exhausting but berkley were professional and polite consistently! Would highly recommend instead of being traumatised by other providers !

I felt seen and heard by Sarah whilst I explained and she really validated my experience as an adult getting diagnosed with ADHD. Efficient and well managed discussion for ADHD medication titration.

I made an appointment for an ADHD assessment for £745. Worth every penny. I was seen the next day over a video call with Lucy Colbourne, who was kind, attentive and extreme knowledgeable in their field. I immediately felt at ease and the appointment was conversational in a positive and productive way. I received my diagnosis and the rest of the process is taking place all within 4 days. Can’t reccomend Berkeley higher for the service provided.

We felt very comfortable during the conversation and felt listened to. We were able to ask everything we needed to ask and had everything carefully explained.

I had a good experience with Berkeley Psychiatrists during my initial appointment. Jelena Poznakova was understanding, attentive, and listened to me.

I was, however, disappointed when I called before getting an appointment about the status of my ADHD referral, and I asked the administrator, "How long should I wait to call? Should I call in 2 weeks?" And she said, "Yeah, if you like"

This was extremely unhelpful, lacked clear communication, and was rather poor customer service. Nevertheless, Jelena made up for this poor interaction.

Easy booking process, I choose a weekend appointment with Dr Stroma Macfarlane. She was so lovely, made me feel really comfortable, no judgement I opened up to her which I normally find very difficult.
Diagnosed the same day, which Dr Strome explained the diagnosis to me so cleary and helped me understand things. My report was sent over to me the same day too. Medication was issed which took 5 days to arrive, very quick.
Would highly recommend Dr Stoma I wish id done it years ago. Worth the money, didn't want to pay but I was getting a lot worse and couldn't carry on the way I was. Thank you Dr Stroma you are an amazing lady, thank you for listening and helping me.

I can't thank Berkeley Psychiatrists enough for the support and understanding I received throughout my ADHD assessment. I was naturally quite nervous going into the appointment, but from the moment it started, I was made to feel at ease.

My psychiatrist was kind, patient, and genuinely listened to me without judgement.
