I attended the Berkley clinic for composite bonding treatment. Heather was excellent from initial consultation through to completion of treatment. I love how my smile now looks and the confidence it has given me. Will definitely recommend Heather to others.

Many thanks to Heather and the team for my Invisalign treatment. The improvement in both the position of my teeth and overall condition with the improved care, far exceeds my expectations.

The Berkeley Clinic is a fantastic clinic with excellent staff. Especially Dr. Heather Cowie who look after me for the last 6 months and completely transformed my teeth and smile. My treatment plan was the Smile Makeover which consisted of Invisalign - teeth whitening and veneers. I now have my perfect smile all because of Dr. Heather Cowie. Every time I went to the clinic I was welcomed by very friendly receptionists who were always very accommodating as well as Dr. Heather Cowie. The hygiene of the clinic was top notch with great protocols in place to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

Had my Invisalign consultation with Heather. Amazing service and staff. Heather spoke me through each step in great detail from the X-rays to the whole Invisalign process and what happens afterwards. I decided to go with The Berkeley after my mum also received an excellent standard of dental treatment. Would 100% recommend this clinic to anyone!

I have been receiving treatment from The Berkeley Clinic in Glasgow for some years now and the service I have received has always been excellent. My initial treatment was undertaken by Greig McLean and the skill and professionalism I experienced along with his very kind, calming and reassuring manner was amazing. An outstanding dentist, I cannot thank him enough for what was a completely transformative experience. I would recommend the Clinic with its professional and friendly staff without hesitation.

Although the advice I receive was EXCELLENT.
I think the reception staff should ask more probing questions. Particularly if someone says they are looking to explore alternative methods.

I called to specifically see the holistic dentist, as I had been to my own dentists and wanted to explore other alternative treatment.

I did say this to the receptionist but did not specify that a holistic dentist is specifically who I wanted to see because I thought all the dentists in the practice were holistic. This is not the case.

I saw a normal dentist and paid £100 to be told the treatment I can get is exactly the same treatment my own dentist recommended.

That was very disappointing, when I flagged it up to the receptionist. She said I could have an appointment with the holistic dentist for a further £60 fee. I declined.

I have just finished my treatment for a tooth implant with Greg. He explained very clearly the options that were available for my particular case so that I was able to make a well-informed decision as to how to proceed.
Greg made sure I understood exactly what he was doing at every stage of the treatment and answered all my questions as we went along. I now have a perfectly matched new tooth so my smile is back!!

Heather really has transformed my smile and confidence. I had experienced a catalogue of let downs and substandard work performed by my NHS Dentist which left me with quiet considerable restoration work required. From my very first consultation with Heather I felt great confidence from her expertise and knowledge - she knew exactly what we needed to do, how to get there and it has all worked out beautifully. In fact, today she has sent me some before and after pictures and I am so annoyed I waited this long to take things in to my own hands.

I am so glad I took the step to join the Berkeley Clinic and haven’t ever looked back. If you’re at all considering it, please don’t hesitate, you won’t be disappointed.

The Berkeley Clinic in Glasgow have been providing dental treatment for me for a couple of years now and have been absolutely superb. The staff are very professional and helpful and I would like to especially thank Mike Gow, an extremely skillful dentist, who has made each visit relaxing and pain free. I cannot recommend the Clinic and the staff highly enough. Outstanding service.

I’ve been going for years (since they were based in Berkeley street in fact). I moved to the practice when my original dentist joined their team and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’re a friendly and thoroughly professional bunch and I’ve recommended them to pals over the years. The only pain I ever feel is opening the wallet, but hey that’s probably the same with any dentist these days and I reckon you get the service you pay for!

From my first telephone enquiry with the clinic to the completion of my treatment plan I've been really impressed by The Berkeley Clinic and do not hesitate to recommend.
The reception area and waiting room are really comfy and welcoming. The treatment rooms are top notch and super clean.
Appointments are booked quickly with no fuss.
A treatment plan is devised and discussed with you at length. All questions are answered thoroughly and clearly.
My dentist, Heather Cowie, carried out my treatment with skill and while perfectly professional she is also a very warm person who put me at absolute ease.
Due to severe damage from gum disease I haven't felt confident or sociable in years but that's all changed now thanks to the treatment I've received. I now have a gingival mask to hide a lot of the damage and the rest has been disguised with composite bonding. The results are amazing and I feel like a new person.

Well what can I say? I have had a major dental phobia for years. I struggle so badly to even pick up the phone to make an appointment. I dial & hangup etc. My two front teeth were crowned many years ago after falling on ice & breaking them and over the past years as my gums had receded you could see darkness at the top of them. I became very self conscious. I had Denplan with a local dentist and every time I mentioned how this was affecting me & I would never smile I was told it was just cosmetic. During lockdown one of my crowns broke. Thats when I took the decision to do a bit of research & find a dentist that would understand even though this was cosmetic & I was terrified that I really wanted both my front teeth sorted. Thank goodness I found the Berkley Clinic & Dr Mike Gow (Dental Anxiety&Phobia Specialist). From my very first phone call to my consultation I knew they understood. I attended my first consultation & although I felt nervous I also felt ok about everything. Dr Gow did an absolute thorough examination & explained in detail every aspect of my treatment plan. I can't thank everyone enough. From the reception girls, then Kharla (hope I've spelt her name correctly) the hygienist who was amazing with me to Mike Gow & all the dental nurses. Sorry, I didn't catch your names, for helping me through the removal of my old crowns to my new ones. I can't thank Mike enough I am so happy with the results and they definitely have a new client(patient) as I am not going anywhere else! They are stuck with me now! Sorry! I now thankfully have my smile back again. Thank you all so much.

Scotland needs a dental practice of this quality like the Berkeley Clinic who provide outstanding service in a very modern 21st-century dental clinic using the most of up-to-date technologies and practices. They offer an extensive range of dental requirements, especially important for a person like myself who experiences a high level of anxiety when visiting the dentist.

I would like to take this opportunity to especially thank Dr Greig Mclean, Clinical Director, Doctor, Dentist & Implant Surgeon warmly and sincerely for his care, kindness and consideration when dealing with my high levels of anxiety when visiting the practice. He is a genuinely kind and caring person and an exceptional professional who continually reduces my levels of anxiety through his calm, sensitive and reassuring manner. He is an outstanding dental practitioner with an extensive knowledge and understanding of the latest dental techniques and who takes the time to discuss all the possibilities of any procedures that are required so that I can make a well -informed decision. Throughout every procedure Greig is an extremely calming influence, continually reassuring at all stages with an understanding which, in my experience is rare as I have never found it in any other dental practice. I very much appreciate all his efforts to ensure my comfort and ease. He has managed to work miracles with my dental care, transforming me from a patient who continually ran away from the dentist to a patient now who never misses an appointment.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Kharla Strain, Dental Therapist. Before starting to attend the Berkeley Clinic I would never attend a dental hygienist appointment. Given the care, compassion, understanding and professional attitude extended by Kharla, I now always go every 6 months without ever missing an appointment. Testament to the way she displays her care and professionalism.

Lastly, support staff are essential to the smooth running of any organisation and hence I would like to extend my thanks to all the staff at the Berkeley Clinic who provide an exceptional level of customer care from the moment I arrive until the time I leave. They are continually professional in a kind, considerate and friendly manner. They are a credit to the practice where I get outstanding dental treatment in a calm and reassuring environment. Essentials for a dental phobic and hence would recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding dental care.
