We take concerns like this seriously and are keen to resolve this for you as quickly as possible. Our records show we attended in 2023 to address a paint issue, but we haven’t received any recent correspondence regarding further problems. It’s possible that a message hasn’t reached us, which we apologise for if that’s the case.
Based on your comments, a further inspection will likely be required so we can properly assess the cause and ensure a long-term solution. A member of our Customer Care team will be in touch shortly to arrange this.

Windows are great however the quote for installing (which I rejected) was obscene.
I was quoted 5 figures for installation, I fitted alongside a builder friend in 3 days and I have zero experience. That leaves a bad taste but the windows are fantastic

Windows are beautiful but there was a mistake with our order and then a delayed remake and delivery with no apology for the inconvenience to us or our builder.

Your order was placed through one of our retail partners, and we understand a remake was required before the windows could be installed. This, along with a short production delay, meant delivery took longer than expected. We did issue an apology at the time, but we understand the frustration caused.

Do not trust the Bereco warranty
Do not trust the Bereco warranty - our French doors split at one of the joints despite our good maintenance - Bereco sent an assessor who put a moisture meter on the door and said the moisture reading was too high and invalidated the warranty. We have not had any flooding as implied by questions we have been asked since the assessor visited.

From start to finish everybody from the Bereco team made the journey fluid, easy and a truly enjoyable experience. The icing on the cake was also the exemplary craftsmanship from the fitters ‘Select Window Systems’: Mark Hayes & Richard Collyer are true craftsmen and consummate professionals and I would not hesitate to highly recommend them.
