The clothes that arrived were very poor quality and I followed their return policy and requested a refund. They did not respond to any of my emails and have failed to issue a return.
Do not order from this website, terrible quality and terrible customer service. They do not adhere to the return policy and will just ignore you.

I sent a returns request on Monday 1st june 2026. I have not heard from you yet. I have no returns label to return the item. Please send me a returns label asap. Thank you

the clothes i ordered didn’t fit me at all. one co-ord was in the wrong size. i requested a refund and also messaged the business however, they didn’t get back to me. really upset and disappointed in the business as i’ve been looking forward to these clothes for a long time :(

Trying to return but customer service seems non existent

The item received looked nothing like the image. Have been trying for over a week to return with no avail as no responses. Have tried numerous emails, no even on Instagram leaving messages and comments. Awful customer service. They don’t even have a return address anywhere for to do the return!

Wrong outfit different picture different colour.

Really disappointed with this company. I received the wrong item and have tried contacting them through email and multiple social media platforms over the past week with absolutely no response. Customer service has been non-existent, which is frustrating when all I want is for the issue to be resolved. I expected much better communication and support. Would not recommend based on this experience.

Shipping updates and communication was absolutely terrible, after I’d ordered when I communicated they said the items out of stock and were not willing to refund

I haven’t recieved my order after a month. Tried contacting the seller several times never received any response. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

Extremely bad customer service, I paid for next day delivery and my order was sent out a week later after I sent multiple emails that were ignored! Also I did not get refunded for the extra I paid for next day delivery.

Kind hearts and very honest business and they are happy to help- please be aware when it comes to refunds they will be honest and helpful. If you encounter deals ya it’s not them it’s the processing systems which can take 3-5 days depending on platform used. Give these ladies benefit of the doubt they will not disappoint. The products are great and so is there approach!!!!

Ordered two Coatigans, only got one. They marked both as delivered. Arrived after 2 weeks even though I payed for express shipping. I emailed and it has been a week, no response. Awful service.

Unpleased. My order was delayed and when I received it they had given me one of the wrong items, with this being a small business I understand the hassle but I was dissatisfied

I order a green dress and got send a red one. I have been trying to email them to days no reply. I even sent the dress they send me back to them and still no response. I do not recommend save your money guys.

The material on these items are absolutely amazing, perfect for any occasion, seller is extremely helpful

Scammers. I ordered two coords from ‘berbish’ from TikTok shop. At £35 each I expected reasonable quality. I received two sets made from polyester, very poor quality, cheap material and looked nothing like the pictures.

I returned both sets as received with tags still attached, I hadn’t even tried them on. The parcel has been received by the seller who have refused to issue my refund stating I have ‘worn, stained and washed the item’ This is impossible tags are still attached to all items.

This order was £70. A lot of money to me. Iv never experienced anything like this. The seller is completely untrustworthy and I am appalled.

Do not use this company.

I will be taking this further. I have contacted citizens advice and will not let this lie until i have back what is rightfully mine.

Edit: I have now contacted the ombudsman.

Excellent and quick. Great quality pieces! Would buy again!
