I understand the issues with "PREPPER - Pandemic" posting ahhh sometime in the next 3 months is realistic sure, But You would be more helpful if you posted ON the web pages and Emails due to Demand (unexpected) delays in getting orders Might be Limited availability of items ability to get items, etc at this stage we are Taking orders IN the order recieved and we'll do our best to keep folks informed if an item is sold out or "backordered" we'll advise you I am not upset or anything I know what hell you and your other like food operation have been going through it was just weird getting another email today saying Maybe a couple months 3 hours after my package arrived ..:) Thanks and bless you for dealing with it all ....

Why can't you tell me when I order something that I will not ship for 6 weeks? Crappy deal to let me know a week later. I needed that stuff right away. I'll probably just cancel my order.

The order was understandably delayed quite a bit due to a surge in demand. But I really appreciated the communication with EE, and how often they kept me updated on the status. Not once did I feel like the order fell through the cracks.

Andrew is such a Great Person to talk with. He keeps you informed. I know there is a great demand. So I am patient. I have been a customer for years. As I have been buying from this company for years to use in our RV travels. Great Product. Last Years or as Needed when you travel and Right now!

The communication was great as my order was delayed. It was not a problem because I did not need the items by any particular date. My order arrived sooner than I expected and was complete, Thank you!

I ordered items that were in stock. Web site said most orders ship within 3 business days. The day after I ordered, the site posted a notice that delivery would be delayed 4 to 8 weeks. Have heard nothing since.

I ordered the food ( took me almost an hour to go over all of the items, paid or being charged ). Then Emergency Essentials email me my order will be delayed for 3 months. I wish they were more updated with I first order. It is a waste my time.

The Items listed as in stock when I bought them will not be delivered for 1 to 2 months according to their email. After the fact.

If they're not available for delivery, they should not be for sale without a clear statement of delayed shipping.

Have used your products for years as backpacking food. Have also slowly established an emergency supply. Have always had good service and enjoyed the products. Excellent variety.

Still waiting for our products to arrive... Told us 2 month waiting period the pandemic major outbreak will here and no product.....Sorry could not give a better review... no product!!!

This is a great, honest company. The food items are top notch and they ship very quickly.. I will definitely recommend BePrepared to friends & relatives. This family is 100% satisfied.

My order showed up in boxes instead of buckets, with no inventory, just pouches. This means I can't just put this food in storage but have to inventory and repackage. I've created a ticket with emergency essentials. If they address this, I'll redo this rating, but IMO this was (is) false advertising.

Always prompt service. The panic of Coronavirus has slowed delivery of my products , however this is just a regular order and I am not in dire need. The products are made for long shelf life and they are quite good! I have ordered from this company for many years

I specifically placed an order for an item that was supposed to be in stock. Then I got an email 1 week later telling me that I wouldn't receive my order for 2-3 months. I understand that supplies have been in high demand, but don't falsely advertise that you have something in stock when you don't.

The reply below of warning for slow shipments makes no sense. 1. It didn't exist in February when I placed the order. 2. Why would you state that something is in stock but that it will take 1-2 months to ship. You have either the worst warehousing system in the world, or you're shipping everything by horse and buggy.

Also - nice copy and paste reply for everyone that has the exact same complaint as mine. You should probably proof read your replies before copying and pasting them. It's "even though", not "even thought"

I have a prompt response to my questions and they respond very quickly

Was recommended them by the website theprepared. Good prices. They did good even during this crisis.

Ordered items only listed as in stock, yet shipping is 4-8 weeks? Yes, it’s a crazy world at the moment, but the post office is still working!
