I have been looking for an unusual lamp for a while and came across this website. I contacted Bentleys with a query about the colour and my email was responded to promptly.
My lamp is even more beautiful than the picture. The colours on the website are true colours to the product.
My lamp arrived well packaged and with clear instructions how to assemble (minimal assembly required)
I was kept informed of dispatch, and delivery day and time.
It’s my first time using this company, I feel sure it won’t be the last.

Disaster Averted.
I was ecstatic when the parcel containing the Arizona Cow Head arrived. I checked the contents and fitted the first horn without issue.
I started to fit the 2nd horn but the screw hole was smaller than the screw. When I got the screw through the hole there was a crack and the horn broke.
After writing a review, I got a notification that you would replace the item and that the damaged one would be collected.
That has now happened. Although I haven't unpacked the replacement yet, I'd like to thank you for organising the switch.
