Shocking service, Here we go yet again…

Here we are yet again…. But this time, no photos!! What company goes on holiday for weeks on end (after blaming Covid for the dismal service for 4 years!) for Easter? Except an exceptionally poor one like Bentley Photographic. They have ruined memories of my children’s school years because of their utterly shambolic service. No reply to emails, no returned phone calls and once again I will be begging and pleading both schools to stop using them…..

Absolutely amazed by how far above and…

Absolutely amazed by how far above and beyond Lily from Bentley Photographic has gone to make sure we have access to all of our son's photos. With our son leaving primary school next year, we wanted to get copies of all his school photos and class photos from over the years. Lily set up an online account for us so we could easily access everything and place our orders.

Nothing has been too much trouble, and the service has been outstanding. I would highly recommend Bentley Photographic.

this company is rubbish

I ordered my Team Photo from Bentley photographic in July and it is October and I have still not cot my photo
and in September they claimed they have 'Dispatched' My order.Horrid.

Item arrived damaged

Item arrived damaged, I couldn’t accept a replacement as I was moving and the process was complicated. Company didn’t give me my money back so I contacted the bank and raised a dispute which was resolved in my favour. Really poor quality products too and ridiculous price.

How can they justify a £10 delivery fee…

How can they justify a £10 delivery fee for a single photograph ? The quality of the photos over the years has not been great, on occasion the school had to request a retake of the single child photos. I don’t know why they are not taking this seriously . Is it because there is very little competition so they don’t have to try ?

Would give 0 stars if this was an option this is such a difficult website to navigate all i want to do is get my childs school picture I ended up taking a picture on my phone with a white background and printing it off

Faked Class Photo

Awful composite class photo with glaring retouches all over it. Even Kate Middleton could have done better than this. Another let down from Bentley.

Absolutely applauded with customer services service

Absolutely applauded with customer service, spoke to a lady by the name of Jasmine this morning refused to allow me to talk to a manager, considering its a call centre she advised she was the most senior telephonist in the call centre. Failed to have any basic knowledge about her company and raising complaints.

I then called back this afternoon around 2.30 PM regarding response time about my earlier emails sent earlier in the month and today with response time. The young lady was called Amy very rude didn't have a problem with interjecting mid flow my response. I asked her to allow me to finish. She then rudely told me she was cutting me off. They all need retraining in customer service and about the company they actually work for and represent.I wouldn't give either of them a 1 star for how they treat any customer. I am glad all phone calls are recorded. So management can listen to how they both badly handled my call. If they aren't happy within tgat role then I suggest they move on. We are potential customers and don't deserve to be spoken to in such an unprofessional manner. Still find it hard to believe they are all in a call centre as Amy clarified and have no senior management or supervisors available. Then when you actually as a potential pay customer challenge this. They become more ignorant and dismissive and cut you off.. I hope Amy us proud of herself.

I just hope someone actually responds to my paper trail emails. I will be letting the School know that they need to abort any future business with this company and to locally source a business within our area.

Bentley can thank the telephonist Jasmine and Amy for their poor customer services and my poor review .

In reflection. I have given School consent for this company to photograph my child and they are failing to respond to me. This a breach of Data Protection, they have images of my Children but are failing to release them to me. I will definitely need to highlight this to school as I have trusted School and they company they have used. And this company have abd are failing to deliver but are keeping images of my Children that I am requesting for. I need to speak to the Onbusman and see where they sign post me regarding this...

We are trialing a call handling company for helping our potential customers where they have lost or mislaid the slips brought home by their children.

App doesn't work for latest version of Android website under maintenance can't even see the picture also love how they respond to positive reviews only that says it all

Help after phots didn’t show online

My son’s photos didn’t show up and the customer service lady I emailed and spoke to couldn’t do enough to help us! Fabulous service.

Worst user experience of any site I…

Worst user experience of any site I have literally ever been to in my entire life.....

I hate school photo time as it means I am forced to use this completely useless website and waste a good couple of hours trying to order photos of the kids

Nobody replies to your emails

My son didn’t receive (or lost) the access code. I emailed them three times over the course of four days and didn’t receive a reply. I’ve now missed the cut-off point and (if they can be bothered to reply) I will have to pay for delivery. After calling the school to see if they can help, the school has said that a lot of the parents have been having the same problem with Bentley not replying to emails.

No one replies to support email

I tried to call but a voice message explains that staff are all working at home and you should use the email. Really frustrating.

Charged but still not received photo for two months

Poor response to messages sent chasing up a school photo I paid for but still have not received. It’s shocking that payment can be taken and a photo not sent even though I paid extra for home delivery. The end of term class photo still has not been received and my child is very disappointed. He’s moving to the junior school now without this photo as a memory. I have contacted three times now without any response. I would like a refund as I have paid for a service that has not been provided.

Had poor photos from them in the past…

Had poor photos from them in the past but this year’s quite exceptionally bad. My daughter’s hair is covering so much of her face you can’t even tell if it’s her. And it’s supposed to go on her school lanyard. Could the photographer not ask her to push her hair back? Seems a really weird business model to routinely take photos that nobody could ever possibly want to buy.
