From the first phone call to my local branch, to my bed being delivered my experience has been the best.

The sales assistant Gary was extremely helpful, from that first phone call to the branch to guiding me through the types of beds and mattresses.

He was friendly, polite and very helpful. He made the whole experience of making my decision very simple to make.

The combination of bed and mattress has complimented my bedroom and given me the best sleep I have had in a long time.

I would recommend this branch and this member of staff to friends and family when they are ready to make that new bed purchase.

Nothing was too much trouble, I have arthritis in 1 hip so finding the right mattress was important. With the help of Cherie I tried them all and found the most compatible one, together with a bed which I spent a long time changing my mind on! Thanks to the staff as their patience was pushed to the limit and I left a happy customer.

I got what I asked for. I was given choice around the parameters I had given. Booking the delivery was straight forward and it all went like clockwork.

We visited the store after being given a credit by your Customer Service to use as a mattress purchased just over 4 years ago became defective. We chose a new one and found the members of staff we met were all very polite, helpful and knowledgeable in dealing with this and using the credit against the transaction. Would certainly recommend the store to others.

Neil as your Worcester store was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He gave us time to look and offered advice when asked. When we started to talk about a specific bed that we liked he was able to talk about it knowledgeably and offer comparisons so we were certain we were making the correct choice.

Ordered a Firm IGel mattress but found it too hard. I called after 3 weeks, and they exchanged for a medium under their warranty, no quibbles, no drama!!
