We turned up at 5pm at the end of a long day looking to buy a bed and a mattress and Aimee in Southport couldn't have been more helpful in advising us what would be best for us. I've always bought beds and mattresses from Bensons and this is why. Wonderful service and can't wait to receive our new beds next week!

Wonderful staff and store - thanks Emma
Spontaneous visit because my partner suffers with a bad back! Emma was polite and knowledgeable and honestly such a wonderful advisor. Good Humoured and witty so much so we forgot we were in a store 🤣.
Really appreciated the help with purchasing a new mattress otherwise we would’ve been lost!

Lots of choice, lots of good advice, no over selling, seamless service and communication end to end. Delivery guy noticed a mark in bed head and arranged a replacement there and then. Was able to keep the original until its replaced. Thanks Bensons.
