The two guys who delivered my Simba mattress were so professional. They opened it and set it up for me on my bed, and gave me instructions for letting it fully settle. Would highly recommend.

Great service from the sales assistant in store, to delivery. Great choice of mattresses and the computerised system to see which type of mattress suits your sleeping and body type was so helpful. I’m loving my new mattress.

Overall a good experience.
We had a very good experience from entering Benson's paisley store. No pressure and advice on hand when required from very friendly staff. The communication leading up to delivery was also spot on. Confirmation of date, and the delivery slot provided, and a call from the driver on the day. On arrival the mattress was placed in the required room. The only slight hiccup in the whole process has been the offgassing and accompanying unpleasant smell from the mattress. The advice leaflet packed within the plastic wrap does detail this but it's still quite unpleasant. This is ongoing without much improvement after 4 days despite use of fans, air purifiers and leaving windows open. I assume it's particularly to the 'i-gel' type we purchased as have never come across this before. Fingers crossed this reduces soon. This is an update to a previous review from the day of delivery following a second review request from Trust Pilot. Further update nearly a month in and the smell has almost gone. It's still there if you happen to leave the room closed up for several hours and occasionally get a waft when sitting down initially on mattress. Considering the not insubstantial cost maybe the manufacturer could handle the offgassing before dispatch to customer.
