Everything was brilliant from in store to the delivery service and the product.

Dealing with Bensons from start to finish was easy. Their staff were knowledgeable and helpful when we ordered. There were multiple updates by email to update us on the progress including the time slot for delivery. The driver called us the night before to confirm the time slot and he rang again half an hour before the delivery to advise they were on the way. The delivery team were efficient and friendly. They removed our old bed and placed the new bed in our bedroom in the correct placement it just needed unwrapping which was a nice touch.i would recommend Bensons.

We needed to replace our mattress which was around 14 years old and we previously purchased from Bensons for Beds so we returned to the store to review the selection. The sale assistant was very helpful, showing us the range of mattresses in store. Also we used the SleepPro technology to match our weight, sleep position and support needs to the different mattress options. Several of those recommended were at the high end of the budget though so we simply tested out the mattresses and chose our favourite weighing up the features of each against the price. We were lucky there was a sale on, so were saving 20% off the original price. We opted for a 'Slumberland Orthopeadic Support Ultimate' which felt like a luxurious hotel bed as it has a comfy supportive top layer. We purchased that evening using the online chat feature on the Bensons for Beds website. We were assisted by Nathan King who was able to apply a small discount on the store price. We added the collection service for the old mattress as it was only £60 and the mattress needed recycling. after agreeing the sale with Nathan, I received an order confirmation by email and the delivery date was set. We received an email to confirm the delivery time slot. A day before the delivery, Bensons for Beds gave us a call to check that we were prepared for the delivery. Half an hour before the delivery we received a call to ensure we were ready. The driver arrived on time and the delivery of the new mattress and the collection of the old mattress was completed in 10 minutes. We are very pleased with our choice of mattress and have slept much better since it arrived. I found the mattress care guide on the website but found that the text on the guidance very small and hard to read so I would ask customer services if you require an accessible version.

They delivered on time we had a phone call 30min before they got here so we were ready for them they took the old mattress out and brought the new one in up to the bedroom.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service Graham and Stevie provided during the delivery of my new bed frame and mattress. They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish!

Both were incredibly polite, friendly and professional, and their efficiency was second to none. They worked together brilliantly as a team, making the whole process smooth, straightforward and completely stress free.

They carefully delivered my new product, took away my old one and left everything clean and tidy behind them. They were respectful of my home, clearly took pride in their work and went about everything with such a positive, can do attitude.

It’s not often you come across a delivery team that gets every single detail right, but Graham and Stevie genuinely did. They are a real credit to Bensons for Beds, and I really hope their excellent service is recognised by the company.

Staff there were very helpful. Natalia was so good so if you go there ask for her she was amazing and explained in detail about very mattress she showed us.

We came back after a previous visit because we liked a particular product. The sales assistant was helpful and knowledgeable.

I had a great experience with Bensons. There is such a huge choice of mattresses that I initially felt a little lost and wasn’t sure what would be best for me.
The service in store was excellent. The staff member was very knowledgeable, listened to what I needed and gave me really helpful advice, particularly as I have problems with a trapped nerve. I’d visited a few other stores beforehand, and the level of service at Bensons really stood out.
Delivery was smooth and the team were very helpful, bringing the mattress inside the house. The mattress arrived unfolded, so I could use it straight away. The only thing to be aware of is that delivery is an additional charge.
So far, so good — very happy with my purchase and the whole experience. I’d definitely recommend Bensons.

The in store staff member was very friendly, helpful and efficient - so we placed an order with him. The Customer Services were equally as efficient cancelling one part of my order and issuing a refund. The delivery went smoothly. Salesman Ali is excellent, helpful, supportive but also gave us plenty of space to consider what would work best for us. Terrific service, really first class and something you rarely experience these days.

The staff in your shop was helpful and friendly, more importantly he wasn't pushy either. Your delivery drivers where very polite and helpful as well and also explained to me how to put the bed together and how long to let the mattress air for before putting sheets on. They also took the packaging away as well which was very much appreciated. We have used your company a few times over the years and will definitely consider again next time we need to make a purchase.
