As a valued customer having purchased from Bensons for Beds for years. I was very disappointed to be charged an admin charge for changing my recent order, I didn’t cancel my order, I simply changed my order before it was delivered, realising the bed I originally ordered would be too snug in our room.

Great knowledgeable gentleman helped us pick the bed suitable for us Hope it’s ok when we receive it but he was fantastic

Sales staff at Team Valley extremely helpful - getting the balance between providing information and details about options without being pushy. Great delivery service - kept informed throughout the time from placing order to delivery- all worked out as promised. Delivery team very careful to avoid damage to property (even removed shoes to keep carpets clean). Customer service as it should be.

Paul McCoy made our experience great as he always does. We have bought beds from Paul now for over 20years. His Customer Service is second to none, i.e. it is first class. Infact all the Staff at Bensons are very professional and friendly with it. I wouldnt go anywhere else for a bed. We have now bought 3 beds from them. The shop is always clean snd tidy and well lit. Nothing is hidden away, all the information is set out for you to see. If there is something not there just ask, nothing is a bother. If the person doesn't know they will find out for you.

Paul was very helpful knowledgeable easy going and friendly we told him what mattress we already have and he advised us which one was similar we are returning customers and would not hesitate on recommending Bensons. We had the freedom to browse without being pestered but staff on hand for advice.

Tony was extremely helpful and very patient going over the details again any time we needed to have things explained again or needed to check details. He was clear with what we needed and understood what we were asking. When I asked for a breakdown of all the costings he was able to show me this which was really helpful as I needed to check it on behalf of my nan. We were able to sort the delivery date whilst there in store which was extremely helpful. We also organised the removal of the old bed and mattress which was something my nan was worried about so that was a relief to know all of that was taken care of. After a previous bad experience with another company it is also great to know the mattress comes with an 8 year warranty so that gives peace of mind. I will be getting my own bed from there next year because I was genuinely very happy with the service.

Angela was so helpful, showing us all the matresses she thought would suit our needs. As we tested each one and gave an opinion she then selected a different one to allow us to choose. Not pushy at all and allowed us the time to choose

From walking in the Gateshead (Metrocentre) branch on Thursday 20th August, we were greeted by a lovely gent called Paul. I informed him I was looking for my 5 year old girls first big girl bed. He pointed out a few that were in stock as I said I was looking for a bed with a pull out trundle/guest bed. After speaking over my options and discussing measurements & seeing my little girl test out all different mattress/bed types, it was my daughter who went over to a Midsleeper bed with ample storage, pull out desk and removable storage unit to create a space below the bed which my daughter already said she’d use as a den lol! Paul went out of his way to get me prices for the frame and perfect mattress, printed out details for me to take away - there was no sales pressure whatsoever, he left us to have a little look around and answered any questions I had. Fast forward 24 hours and we went back to purchase the Midsleeper bed, dealt with Paul again himself who was happy to see us back. He was very friendly and professional, great with my little girl. He spoke through all the details of the delivery of the bed etc. Could get delivery as soon as 27th August but had to push back until 10th September for personal circumstances but thought the efficiency was amazing! Cannot fault the customer service, attention to detail. I look forward to shopping at Bensons again. Nowhere else provides this level of customer service! Paul is an asset to the company.
