the delivery drivers left the head…
the delivery drivers left the head board in the hall way never ask my wife if she would like it in the bedroom to fit the new Benson bed we purchased a few months ago

Reply from Bensons For Beds - Kidderminster373
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I’m very sorry that the delivery team left the headboard in the hallway and did not check with your wife whether it should be taken through to the bedroom to fit the Benson bed you had previously purchased.
This is not the level of service we expect, and your feedback will be shared with the relevant team for review.
