Had a fantastic experience at Besons in store, I believe it was Darren who assisted me!
I explained I wanted a bed I’d seen online however wanted to see in person and although the exact bed wasn’t in the store, he helped me look at everything that was similar and gave me lots of detail about finance options, warranty and great general advice regarding assembly.
The delivery team were very polite and helpful - a great experience all round. This is my second bed from the Bensons store in Ipswich and always recommend to my friends and family that they pop in if they are looking for a new bed!

We had a problem with our mattresses…
We had a problem with our mattresses which took over 6 months to rectify with alot if fobbing off but when you finally sent someone to look at it then you were amazing and gave us options to replace which we did for a different mattresses which so far has been really good

Good purchasing experience
I found the staff very helpful when choosing my new bed, and the follow up communication by email was excellent. Delivery was delayed due to a road traffic accident but a new delivery date was very quickly planned. I can recommend Bensons on the quality of service I received.

Great customer experience
