My new bed experience
The experience of buying a new bed was excellent from start to finish, the man in the shop went through everything to make sure I chose the right bed for me.
The delivery drivers were excellent, on time , friendly, fitted the bed up very quickly without any mess and explained everything before leaving

Fabulous experience
We were attended to by Bev. She is not only a lovely lady, but more significantly clearly knows her stuff about beds. We were particularly impressed with the in store technology that along with Bev's expertise, helped to confirm the type of mattress we required. Bev then took her time to show us numerous different mattress. At all times we felt safe and very confident in Bev's knowledge, expertise and first class, good old fashioned and proper customer service.

Apart from delivery day, and not contacting me to say that they were on their way, great service. Delivery team were friendly, helpful and courteous. Slightly earlier delivery time too. 👍🏼😀
