Delivered on time with care - great service

Excellent delivery service.
Had bit of issues with finance company other than that all brilliant.

From the moment we walked into Bensons for Beds in Derby, we were so well looked after, helpful advice in choosing a bed frame and mattress for our needs. We were given space to talk privately in making our choice and price plans.

The delivery was on time and we were given a time slot that suited.

We are really pleased with our new bed and will be returning to Bensons again soon

Great service start to finish, no issues, polite delivery men who also built my bed, took shoes off and checked with me every step to ensure I was happy.

Staff were good at the Meteor Centre Derby ,listened to what we required. Bensons beds kept us updated re delivery, and the delivery men were good, knowledgeable and respectful of our property.

Very good service at Bensons for Beds. Thought the prices were good when I went with my brother to get a bed from there so decided to get our bed from there a few months later. The staff were friendly and straight to the point.

From entering the show room through to the delivery every member of staff were polite and friendly and helpful.

Mine was the last delivery of the day so wondered if they might not nit nahe the designated time slot but they were well within.
They took away the old bed and and took the new one upstairs, put in the correct position and fitted the headboard. Probably took a max. of 20 minutes from arrival to departure.

Went into the store looking for an ottoman bed, friendly assistant ‘Awan’ gave us all the info we needed, very knowledgable and polite, no pressure, left us to talk it over and decide. Whilst there we saw wardrobes which we needed as well (just wasn’t planning on them just yet). As Awan was now busy with another customer we were tight on time and had to leave. Once home we rang and spoke with Awan who gave us the info we needed and confirmed this in an email straight away, this information was also passed onto her colleague Jai, as she would be off tomorrow if we wanted to go ahead. We returned to the store the following morning Jai greeted us, again very friendly and knowledgeable, was very efficient in processing our order. I had one query that Jai wanted to confirm for me to be positive on, which he did over the phone in front of us giving us confidence and reassurance everything would be what we wanted. Very good experience so far, hoping for the same on delivery and assembly.
Highly recommended at this point.

This is not the first time we’ve shopped here. We came back because of the great service we had last time. All the staff were great especially jai who looked after us and made sure we got everything we needed.

The assistant was extremely helpful and really knew how to explain what we needed to know. To make the. purchase expirence a pleasure instead of a chore can't say anything about the matteress yet as we delayed delivery to suit us

Amanpreet was incredibly helpful. She recommended a good quality range of beds following our test on the SleepPro. We found the right bed for us that supported us in all the right ways and it was a service I would highly recommend.

Everything was good with the process from ordering in store to the delivery and set up of the bed. The men came in the allotted time slot and were very polite and friendly. They put the bed where we said, took about 20 minutes and left the room very clean. Would recommend Bensons to anyone and would use them again.
