Paul was very helpful. Pricing were clear and option to make the bed we wanted an ottoman was perfect.

Everything about Bensons for Beds is…
Everything about Bensons for Beds is inadequate. I recently purchased a wardrobe from store. It took 6 weeks to arrive and when it did the interiors were missing, rendering it useless. When i asked when id get the rest, the fitter shrugged and said "I dunno'.
Rang customer service who said they'd get back to me in a week ..... and when they did get back after 8 days, I was told " we dont know when you'll get the rest of your order. Its not down yo us, its our suppliers"
They expected me to wait indefinitely for my item i had paid for 8 weeks previously.
Customer services were shocking and couldn't care less.
After several emails, the order has now been cancelled but I had to arrange dismantling and collection, not Bensons! They cant do this for 5 weeks after delivering the incomplete wardrobe and won't refund until this has taken place.
Customer service is NON EXISTENT at Bensons. I will never shop there again. Rude staff, very rude delivery drivers and totally incompetent service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

No hounding
Paul welcomed us to the store, provided us with pillows when testing the beds but then left us to look around without hounding us. When we had questions he was very knowledgeable

Fantastic shopping experience
Natalie the sales advisor was fantastic very helpful and knowledgeable during our selection, lovely person.
The assembly team who delivered and assembled the bed carried this on they were superb really nice chaps, on time and extremely efficient.
The whole experience is one of best we have had other companies could learn a lot from this team
