Unbelievably poor customer service
Unbelievably poor customer service - Never buying again.
The service here is beyond terrible. Rather than listening to my concerns, they tried to twist the situation and make it seem like I was falsely accusing them. They completely dodge responsibility instead of resolving the issue. I have already returned my order and will strictly avoid this store in the future.
Absolutely unacceptable attitude toward customers.

Extremely poor service and unacceptable…
Extremely poor service and unacceptable customer care.
I ordered a king-size bed and mattress and paid £79 for delivery. I live on the 2rd floor.
When the delivery arrived, they dumped everything on the ground floor. They claimed they tried calling me, which is a complete lie as I received zero calls from them. To make matters worse, they told me I would have to pay even more money if I wanted someone to come back and bring the items upstairs.
They clearly do not value their customers and failed to offer any reasonable solution. I am returning the entire order. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

Exceptional experience!!!
Every experience we had right from the point of sale to delivery of the bed has been wonderful. We are a repeat customer. Staff in the Colindale store were great in helping us choose the bed and mattress. The process was handled very smoothly. Special mention to the delivery team James and Kay. Assembled our bed properly and took the leftover packaging. Great work team. Our bed is very comfy to sleep in.

The delivery was on time
