My son returned from university and it’s apparent the mattress that he left is unfit for him now.
We popped into the Banbury store to have a look where after a few minutes of browsing a nice sales assistant came and asked whether they could help and discussed things with my son . He asked if he would like to try the machine which he agreed to . The sales assistant then discussed what the bed machine helped with and chatted throughout the trial. He then let us browse again until we had got all info we needed. We weren’t purchasing then and there as had other jobs yo do on our trip. We came home and ordered the mattress my son tried in the shop based on the information from the machine. We got £25 pff for signing up to get information from yourselves . This helps with delivery charges .
Really positive experience in a clean and well stocked store with kind, knowledgeable and helpful sales assistants.
We will go back and ask to use the machine when we purchase a new mattress for my husband and myself.

Pete was so knowledgable, patient, clear and kind, thank you. He explained well and helped us understand what he thought may work best, pros and cons etc.

I paid for the bed to be built and this was done quickly and they removed all rubbish and was extremely polite

The member of staff was very polite and knowledgeable about our items that we had chosen, we new want brand of mattress we wanted and the member of staff gave us further information on the brand which help us make our mind up to buy the mattress and the bed.

Our whole buying experience was handled with great care with useful advice which Mandy gave without any sales pressure. We now have 4 fabulous beds and bedding for our 2 new cottages. The delivery team were great, they arrived on time and without any fuss, assembled the beds in double quick time. Great experience would definitely recommend the Banbury store and the team there.
