A very average experience
The purchasing process in shop was good/fine.
The delivery was put into my garage, not upstairs as discussed during the purchasing process (also gave this feedback on courtesy phone call received after the delivery). I had to split boxes up to carry upstairs on own, which was okay.
I was most disappointed at the instructions. I was doing self assembly (and as a design engineer know how to read drawings) and found 1 step in the instructions is wrong.

Dream bed Bensons for beds is the one
Darren we got he was very helpful seeing us to we wanted truthful it was a delight to go into the store and not having sales people ignoring you or the other is trying to sell you a bed 5mins in the door Darren spoke us through the computer bed and left us to it until he knew we were ready to come off it and he found our perfect bed it was like lying in a bears arms when I lay on it well we bought one just over a year ago from them that have adverts Beds to go we were given a story sounded good but it ended we go to bed and end up lying in our holes our body's made a bed is for a few good year but we were done out of our money and our body's are sore so can't wait till wed and get my new bed Thanks to Bensons for bed good work guys

I recently purchased a superking bed for myself along with full bedroom furniture sets for my two daughters and my son, and Bensons for Beds exceeded every expectation. The quality of the products is exceptional, the comfort is unmatched, and the designs fit perfectly into each room. Bought a bed - Updated
Bought a bed, mattress and matching bedside cabinet and paid for delivery/assembly. Store/Sales experience was really good but delivery and product not so perfect. Bed has a bit of damage/imperfection on the visible facing jointing of one of the legs. This obvious flaw was not pointed out by the delivery men. They told us they could not unbox the cabinet because it was against company procedure and left us to it. They left the mattress on the bed with corner protection still attached, which had to be cut off. So, the disappointing delivery performance and product did not match expectations carried over from the Sales/buying stage. Today 07/09/26 Update: In contact with Benson's they offered a cash, store voucher or replacement solution to the damage on bed. Replacement was selected and has now been carried out. Aside from a little disappointment, time and effort on our part their Customer Services was very good. All's well that ends well so upgrading to four stars. Five stars would be reserved for right first time.
