Refusing to give a returns address. Made it really difficult for people to return products despite a 30 day hassle free refund policy, including faulty items.

SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Bought a shirt for my husband for Christmas. It turned up many sizes too small and stained with orange marks.

I have tried to get a refund and I am not receiving any substantive responses. The email address is a gmail! Wish I had looked at these before buying from instagram. Avoid like the plague!!!!!!!

Scam. Returns to China.

Very unwelcome service. Bought items. Incorrect sizing, didnt fit, asked to return them to china, which would have cost a fortune. Do not trust.

Garment took 3 weeks to arrive from China. Item received was of very poor quality and not to description. Requested refund, was advised that returns had to be shipped to China at my expense. Eventually agreed to refund 35% of cost and I could keep the garment. It's not wearable as the collar is not correctly attached and seams are unravelling

Ordered three jumpers . Tracking number not given. After some time I asked for tracking number and found order still in China. Website declared 5 working days. When order arrived, nearly one month later, the jumpers were dreadful, not as described , quality and finish appalling. not finished sewing on the collar and wrong type of collar, I wanted a cowl but got a roll neck. different cheap material , not the same as the online description. Sizing for a tiny girl not what I ordered ,which was 3XL.Complained, no reply,set up dispute claim with PayPal.sent all required info and pictures and PayPal rejected my claim. No redress at all. Total waste of money and a sense of being conned.

AVOID!!! Serves me right for falling for an Instagram advert. Terrible quality shirt - 100% polyester unlike the advert/website, not even bothered to add a label in it. Feel very stupid and now will have to stump up the money to send it back and beg for a refund

Buyer beware! I ordered a jumper, reduced from £70 to £35. It was supposed to have a deep cowl-neck, but when it arrived it looked nothing like the photo - more of a loose polo-neck.

Although their refund page was clear in that they do not offer a free return service, I had no idea the jumper was coming from China - costing £17 to return in order to get a refund, otherwise I would not have ordered the item.

The company eventually offered a 40% refund (increased from 30%) & I keep the jumper.

I will not be buying anything from them again.

I bought a sweater online from this company. Whilst I eventually returned it due to a quality issue, the whole experience was efficiently and courteously carried out. Excellent communication about how to complete the return, and a full refund within 3-7 days. Based on this experience I would certainly use the company again.

Do not shop! Beware that this is a drop-shipping website with very poor quality products coming direct from China despite seeming like a UK site. Terrible quality shirt received after about 10 days - nothing like the advert. Returns process is to email a gmail account - but they will just ignore you for a few days and then try to offer a partial refund. When refused this they gave a fake Chinese address to send it to. Eventually refunded me without sending it back. I'd avoid!!
