Long wait time, product NOT as advertised, and I fell for their sketchy advertising. My review is painstakingly like every other post on here.

Shoes haven’t even shown up. Gofo delivery service is also not helping. Once it’s on the ground, you have to wait until you get the package to return. Gofo insists they can’t find my address on the map. Reached out to Ben and Mila for support, they told me to be in touch with the carrier and gave me the contact info. I asked for a refund and they said I have to wait until I get the shoes then submit a return request. It’s been 20 days.

Don’t do it.

You know it's a problem when the brand name is nowhere on the shoes. The shoes look great on the webpage. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I left the shoes in my cart to do research then I received an additional 10% off. I fell for it. I ordered the shoes on 9/6/2025 and received them today, 9/20/2025. The shoes are not high quality at all. They look cheap. They squeak when I walk. They squeak when I move my feet. I bought them to where to church with dresses. I don't think that will happen. Maybe I can get away with wearing them with pants. The shoes smell like plastic, not leather. Leather isn't written anywhere on the shoes. Maybe I'll donate them to Goodwill. I would not buy them again. I can't even return them because they came from China. Don't be fooled by the advertised photographs. Don't be fooled by the marked down prices. BenMila should be ashamed of themselves because they are scamming people.

Product different from the pictures shown in the website. It was a polyester and spandex fabric .

None of the items I received were made from material that I would wear on my body. Everything was of a "see-through nature", including the pants. The sweater was not made of high-quality material, as I had expected, but rather a polyester-like material. The shoes were flat - they were collapsible, lacking any form - and did not fit, even though I had ordered my usual shoe size. All of the clothes, except for the sweater, were much too small! I am 4'11" and weigh 98 lbs. Everything was too tight. I am disappointed beyond words. Do not buy from this company!

VERY DISSAPOINTED>>>>>I am very disappointed with my purchase. The shoes I received were of extremely poor quality, and the fit was even worse. When I placed my order, I was led to believe I was buying from a U.S.-based boutique, but that turned out to be misleading. After finally receiving a return label—only after three separate attempts—I was surprised to find that the return address was in China. Overall, this experience was frustrating and felt deceptive. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

On August 19th I ordered 4 pairs of shoes, after reading reviews, I had no idea this was coming from China! Today is Sept 11th and I got a Shopify notice that the package was delivered. It WAS NOT delivered, Ive been home all day. The email said it was left at the mailbox. I live in a rural area and my house is 600 feet from the mailbox. This is a 200.00 order that said it would be delivered within 15 days.

Your online picture of a sweater that I ordered was false and misleading. The material in the picture was of a beautifully woven cardigan. The item that I received was machine made material that resembled inexpensive synthetic button up that my grandmother could have worn. The cuffs were sew on like those of a sweatshirt. This isn't the first time that I have be misled by online pictures of products and the material that is actually used to make them. I have nine items in my cart to order if the sweater had been true to the website representation. I am so glad I didn't order anything else. I would safely assume that all of the pictures used on their website are not what is being shipped to the customers.

Ben & Mila sent a polyester jacket that looked nothing like the knitted cardigan sweater that I ordered. Online it looked like a lovely sweater and was quite expensive. I contacted the company and sent them a photo of what was sent to me. They confirmed it was the same item so would not refund my money. They would however, let me pick something else if I wanted to pay shipping.
I sent them a side by side image of the item in their shop along with the item sent. They agreed it was not the same product and that I could return the item at my own cost to get my refund. The company is in China so it would’ve costed me even more money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Lesson learned.

The website portrays a sort of European "flair," giving the impression that the company is in Europe. The name Ben and Mila also adds a European taste to the product. I ordered several items that took quite a while to receive, and when I did get them, they ran small. I contacted the company to return the items, and they offered to replace them for a larger size if I paid $54.95 for shipping. So, I decided to return the items for a refund. When I received the return form, I discovered the company is in China; therefore, the smaller sizes are available. When purchasing from China, I usually buy a larger size than normal. The shipping would have been almost as much as I paid for the items. The return label on the package indicated it was shipped from Florida, but the company said returns have to be sent to China.
They advertise good customer service and easy returns, but unless you read the return policy before purchasing, you are unaware that you're shipping to China. Plus, the packages often have to go through customs, adding an additional step in the process. I just want everyone to be aware before purchasing anything from this company.
