Quality instruction using various aids to make the point clear. Technical points explained in a way that is fully understandable with immediate results. Not only have my scores improved but when I do make a mistake I have a clear idea why it happened and how to correct it.

Had regular lessons with Ben before and after lockdown. Ben also organised a whatsapp page so that we could bounce ideas around during lockdown.
He is always helpful would repeat as many times as it takes to get ideas thru' to you and I thoroughly recommend him for consultation/lessons.

Excellent coach and good fun. Ben is great at debunking the techy stuff to those of us that like it.

I had regular lessons with Ben in the past when he was based at a different golf club. I now go back to see him when part of my game 'goes off' and needs help.
Ben is very easy to get on with. He listens to what you think your issues are and then watches your stroke. He then gives you relevant advice and practice sessions, with training aids as required, to get you back on track.
I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Superb Coach! I’ve had a couple of lessons with Ben and can’t recommend him enough. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. My golf has always gone to the next level post lesson. I have lost 6 shots off my handicap. Simple but effective drills makes easy learning. Ben is a very knowledgeable coach but doesn’t bamboozle you with the science, he delivers information very simply so you haven’t got too many thoughts going on.
Honestly, can’t recommend him enough. Go and see him if you want to see gains in golf. His packages provide great value for money too. A*

I've been having lessons from Ben for the past few months now as a beginner, he has helped elevate my game tremendously and given me good drills and ideas to take on the course. He explains things very easily and simply by demonstration. I feel like understanding what exactly you are doing/trying to achieve and then putting that into practise is an excellent way to learn. As an example, I had 1 lesson a few weeks ago on hitting driver (I was awful before couldn't hit it far or straight) and now I can carry 240 yards and make fairways. I would recommend Ben to anyone looking to understand and work on their swing.

I've been having lessons with Ben for a while now and I find his teaching methods excellent. He's great at recommending drills to help with focused practise, rather than just smashing balls at the range. He's also the first golf coach I've used that has actively worked to identify the areas of my game where I'm losing shots, manage my expectations on the course, and develop strategies for lowering my scores.

Had lessons from Ben Frost before. Therefore was happy to join a "special". £50 a MONTH attending up to 3 times a WEEK at Heathford Brook driving range. The aim to reduce my handicap by at least 4. Last game I was 6 under and I still have 2 months to go. Up to 8 attend each session which allows practice and advice from Ben when needed. This covers every aspect of golf including Course Management which is more important than you might think. It looks like I will improve my handicap far more than i thought.

Ben is a fabulous teacher. Methodical, logical, evidence-based teaching, delivered in a very personable and wholly realistic way - he tailors the learning to what you need and want, and it's certainly paid off for my game. I would highly recommend him, and would use again

As a woman wanting to learn more about golf, so I could at least give my husband a decent game! Ben helped me so much. I was clearly over complicating things and he taught me how to use each of the clubs to my strength. He’s patient, has great technical knowledge and more importantly, you can keep going back to him time and again, without feeling awkward. I am now enjoying the game, thank you Ben.

I have had several lessons with Ben now. I normally visit him when I have an issue and want a second pair of eyes and of course some expert knowledge. Ben is relaxed and friendly. Imparts loads of good stuff to digest, in simple terms to understand. I would recommend to all skill levels.

I've been attending Ben's group coaching session & he has been great at identifying issues with my swing & ball striking. Simple easy to understand explanations that I can take out onto the course.

I’ve played golf on and off for years but decided now was the time to play with a little more focus on getting better, I booked some lessons with Ben after hearing some great reviews off fellow golfers. This turned out to be a brilliant decision he soon put me right on the many mistakes I had developed over the years, he has given me the confidence to play miles better and I can’t speak highly enough about him

I’ve had two 1 on 1 lessons with Ben and am a participant in his 6 month coaching programme. I can’t speak highly enough about the improvements he’s made in my golf game only 3 months into the programme. Highly recommended for all golfing levels. From both myself, as a player who grew up playing with family without professional tuition, and my wife as a complete beginner, we have enjoyed Ben's lessons and made great progress from them. His calm analytical approach making small changes to your swing and how you think about the game have given us greater understanding of how to approach each shot.

Ben frost is a fantastic pro he sorted all my golfing bad habits out. I was playing of 28 before my lessons with this guy now playing of 18. Any golfer needing to sort his/her game from bad golfing habits he is the person to go to.
