I would not recommend using this company. The 2 ladies in the office are extremely patronising, condescending and false. Looking down their nose at customers and making you feel uncomfortable. Not friendly at all
I agreed to rent a property from Belvoir Rugby. I agreed, in writing, with the landlord that I would rent the property. I completed the questions that was asked. I was packed and ready to move. I received an email from Belvoir Rugby letting department stating the landlord had chosen another interested party.
I informed Wendy at Belvoir Rugby that I had an agreement, she responded by inviting me to view further properties. In my opinion, Belvoir Rugby and this landlord is not to be trusted. Landlord went back on an written agreement. I even agreed to use the landlords brother - in - law removal service.
I have also told Belvoir Rugby to remove my details from their database, yet they still contact me. I have asked twice now.
