HORRIBLE service, and they won't answer emails nor telephones

The POOREST example of customer service. I ordered wine from Belvini a few times without incident. This time, 10 days later and the wine had not been shipped. I called every day, they NEVER answer the phone, even during business hours. I sent several emails, none of which were ever answered. AFTER filing a complaint with Paypal - they decided to ship my purchase.

Super Quick service

Super Quick service. I ordered Wine saturday, and allready Monday at noon a teply that Wine wars sent. I received Wiens in Denmark allready wednesday at noon. Super fast!

belvini tres bon! great wine shop!

I am in france, and we do not have so much different wines here. so it is very great to have belvini en france with quick shipment and low delivery costs.
