Correcte en snelle levering. Top.

Snelle levering, prima refurbisched iPhone .

De levering was perfect en bijzonder snel.

Ordered an iPhone SE 2020 at end of July.

Was supposed to be refurbished with original Apple parts.

Received the phone promptly.

On opening & charging the phone there was a message that the battery was not original Apple.

Contacted Belsimple (which is not at all easy) & their response was that the message would "go away" within 2 weeks. The part WAS OEM - which it clearly wasn't.

Requested a return & refund.

Printed the label & returned through the UPS "network" (for anyone using the USP lockers - don't - my package sat for 7 days before being collected by UPS (another review being written on that).

When the phone finally arrived back with Belsimpel - they prepared another for dispatch & created a new order which I cancelled immediately. Sent a message to some email address from an earlier interaction stating I wanted a refund.

Again trying to contact Belsimpel is a nightmare. There is no online chat function, no email address to contact them, just a 'hidden' "messaging" system when you log in.

Now, trying to actually get the refund is another ordeal. They state it will take up to 1 month & when pushed they say 5 business days.

Can see the refund has started and is in a "pending" state which my bank tells me is:
"the merchant has PREPARED a refund but hasn't completed it yet"

So Belsimpel is intentionally holding the refund?

When there is no issue it is fine to buy off Belsimpel.

When there is an issue they are terrible to deal with.

I bought a Motorola Moto G72 smartphone from their site (a new one) and the box arrived already opened, without the manufacturer seal tape, the screen film wasn't on the screen as well. I returned this one and ordered the same. The next one arrived with seal tape, but also without screen film.
As a result, I also returned the second smartphone and ordered the same phone from another shop - and everything was in place.
After getting 2 phones with already opened boxes I don't have trust in this company anymore.

Update: The company representative contacted me and explained why this situation has happened. Also, a suitable solution was suggested. That was very nice and deserves +1 point.

Delivered the next day. Have used this site before and always delighted with the service. Great value too.
