Cheap prices. For 1 of the 3 items I ordered called before buying to ask if its compatible with my phone. The guy said yes, but it doesn't fit the phone's magnet at all, so the wireless charging is useless. I only bought this because you told me it was compatible.

Nope for my 😉after all process ,you need to pay,when you do IT ,they want your id scan , then they didnt accept it becouse its eu ,but you can choose eu, for what you doing IT? But they still sending you offers , for me its Like scam,and racist company 😉 i Hope i dont have trouble becouse sending my id to them....

The worst. Scam alert outsourcing insurance fees without any warning resulting in massive bills you never asked for. Avoid.

This company is a 5 star company, everything is priced well and they always deliver fast and reliable. I've used them for many phones and never had any single issue, their checkout is also good, if payment fails you can just pay later and it all works.

But I am (very) disappointed that they shipped my order with DHL while their website states they use PostNL for regular and DHL for evening delivery. I was about to order at bol.com, however there you can't choose a carrier and so I switched to belsimpel explicitly to get PostNL which is way more reliable and delivers early in the day time and I need my product early for business calls. And guess what, it comes late at night! DHL often delivers late, sometimes damaged, they throw packages over the gate, less friendly, and bad tracking with delivery windows that are just all day or not honored at all.

This is for me truly a dealbreaker to choose another company. Make your carriers an option at checkout or I will look further, which is sad because you are a top tier company

After dealing with an absolutely absurd and frustrating issue directly with some mobile operator, I decided to try Belsimpel instead. I am so glad I did!
The whole process was incredibly smooth. I filled out the online form in the evening and everything was clear, fast and completely hassle-free.

I bought a phone with subscription through them thinking my phone would arrive the next day. They started asked for documents, I uploaded my ID, they asked for driving license, which I also uploaded, they kept asking more id, I also had to upload my passport.. (what on earth is the reason for all this? I never do this when I'm onsite) Not sure if they had an issue with format, or they really wanted the passport since the beginning but just fix your instructions and guidance. They are not clear at all.

Finally they accepted the documents but the order still says 'Vodafone is processing the subscription application'.. Are you kidding me? If you have a 3rd party in between, how can you even promise delivery for the next day?

Very bad user experience. I don't recommend it. + Now they have all my id copy. Does not worth, walk up to Vodafone itself and buy the phone there

Edit: I appreciate the fact that they called me about this and did a good job on showing a nice gesture & recovery plan. They also confirmed all my documents have been deleted on their side
