From our very first visit in January, our experience with Bellway Homes at Royal Bowland Park has been excellent.

A special thank you goes to Andrew, who has looked after us throughout the entire journey. Buying a new home can be a daunting experience, but Andrew made everything so much easier. He has always been approachable, knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions we had. His advice, guidance, and support from the beginning right through to completion have been outstanding.

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he always kept us informed, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and wants them to have the best possible experience.

We've thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Andrew and are incredibly grateful for everything he has done for us. He is a real credit to Bellway Homes, and we would highly recommend both Royal Bowland Park and the team there to anyone looking to buy a new home.

One final note for Andrew... while his customer service is first-class, his jokes could do with a little more work! We laughed out of courtesy, of course! 😄 In all seriousness, he should stick to what he knows best looking after customers because he's absolutely brilliant at it.

Fantastic customer service from Sam in the sales office and Adam the Site Manager and his team on Halewood Oaks site. They guided us through each step of buying our new home and now we have moved in its absolutely amazing.

From the ladies at the office to site manager Terry and all the hard working builders, our experience with Bellway was absolutely excellent. We have moved in few days ago and most of our snags were corrected the day after moving in.

Michael was my first point of contact he was amazing!!! He listened to my needs and matched them perfectly. I am in, and loving my new home. He stayed on top of things to the very end. Site manager also very helpful and ready to help. It’s been a dream and the few snags we have they have already actioned

From our house we can look directly into the house at the bottom of our garden - literally into their sitting room. Equally when on our patio, or in our garden they are able to see us! We asked Bellway to increase the height of the fencing when we first moved in but they refused saying it was the correct height. Neither house has any privacy. Although we have lived here for a while it has not been a problem as the other house were not occupied until recently.

Following Bellways response to the above they obviously didn’t take in that this matter was brought to their attention and they decided no action was necessary ,

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Ashby Homes, yew tree meadows and a huge part of that was down to Sally.

From the very beginning, she was friendly, approachable and always available to answer our questions. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she made what can be a very stressful process feel much more manageable.

Sally actually suggested we look at a different house than the one we originally had in mind, and we’re so glad she did. She wasn’t pushy at all—she simply understood what would suit us better, and we absolutely love the home we’ve ended up buying.

Throughout the process, she went above and beyond. She spotted issues further down the chain that could have delayed our move and worked tirelessly to get them resolved. She also did a lot of chasing that our estate agents weren’t doing, keeping everyone on track and helping push the sale through as quickly as possible.

Sally’s communication, professionalism and genuine care were exceptional from start to finish. She is a real credit to Ashby Homes, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Sally and Ashby Homes to anyone looking to buy a new home.

We recently purchased our new home from Bellway Crescent, and we would like to share our excellent experience with the team.

From the beginning of our journey, Helen from the Crescent Sales Office has been extremely helpful and supportive. She took the time to understand our needs, helped us find the right home for our family, and guided us through every step of the process. During some difficult and stressful times, Helen was always patient, approachable, and went above and beyond to support us.

We would also like to thank Darren, the Site Manager, for his professionalism, commitment, and support throughout the build. His knowledge and dedication helped give us confidence during the process.

A special thank you to Sam, the Site Engineer, who has always been there whenever we contacted the team with any complaints, questions, or concerns. Sam is always helpful, responsive, and takes the time to listen and find solutions. His support has made a big difference and shows the care and commitment of the Bellway Crescent team.

Buying a new home is a major milestone, and we feel very grateful to have had such a supportive team helping us along the way. Thank you to Helen, Darren, Sam, and everyone at Bellway Crescent for making our home-buying experience such a positive one.

It has been a fantastic experience with Bellway, Ashberry Homes Stafford. I would like to thank everyone who made my house purchase smooth. A special thanks to Dawn, the Sales representative at Victoria Place. I can't thank Dawn enough for her kindness and cooperation with me throughout the process. From day one, Dawn dealt with my process with unmatched professionality and care and made everything clear and stress free. She was always available and always has the answers to my queries. She was a key factor for me going with this house at Ashberry Homes and not looking anywhere else. I am very grateful to her and would definitely be recommending the estate to anyone knowing that they will be really looked after.

Chose Newport in the end because of the shops...it was as simple as that...

We bought our home back in August 2024 through Kim at the Victoria Gate site. From start to finish the experience was just the best we could of asked for! Kim is so so lovely and couldn't do enough for us, she was always there to answer any questions we had, help us with decisions and was there to celebrate the big moments with us too! (After we reserved our home, we found out we were pregnant) Nearly 2 years on we still have a good chat and a catch up every now and then, she really has become such a lovely friend to our little family, our little boy adores popping in to see her! Sophie the site manager is absolutely lovely as well, she has been on hand whenever we needed her throughout the build process and also after completion. Overall the whole experience has been fantastic and we couldn't be anymore thankful towards everyone we have encountered here at Victoria Gate, its becoming a lovely little community and im excited to see what the future holds for our little family as this is our forever home. Thank you again to Kim, Sophie and all the staff 💙

Kerry in sales was really great through the whole process. The house is lovley and only minor cosmetic issues. The estate is peaceful. The snags have been dealt with pretty quickly with Shaun and he has been good keeping In touch since the move
