Prince's Gate, Blindwells
We've just moved into our new house at Prince's Gate, Blindwells, after using Bellway's Part-ex and everything has gone smoothly. Tamara Strang at the sales office has been great from start to finish, assisting us with options and keeping us up to date with the build progress on a weekly basis. Lyn Maloney setup and talked us through the part-ex and also kept us updated, ensuring we were aware of everything going on.
Once we moved in, the site managers, Barry & Reagan talked us through all functions of our new house and showed us how to work things such as the heating controls.
Moving house is stressful but Bellway made it a lot easier than we anticipated.

Victoria gate Stafford
We’ve just bought our first home at Victoria gate in Stafford. I couldn’t have asked for a better duo than Sophie and Kim. They guided us through the process and it was seamless. Kim is an amazing sales rep for the company and goes above and beyond. Sophie knows her stuff and is amazing as a dep site manager.
Cannot recommend the team at Victoria gate anymore, the house is also fabulous

If Carlsberg did Newbuilds……..
Unbelievably good experience from start to finish. Steph at Desborough did an amazing job of looking after us during the five months or so between reservation and completion and we always felt that nothing was ever too much trouble. Once in the few snags we experienced were dealt with within 20 minutes of us reporting them! This service was absolutely jaw-dropping. We are two very happy customers in our dream home!

Fantastic first time buyer experience
I’ve had a fantastic first time buyer experience buying with Bellway. From Helen in the sales office to Darren, Sam & Rob down at site - everyone has helped make the process an enjoyable one. I was originally referred by a friend and would definitely refer someone who is looking to buy a home.

£275K horror show at Bellway Elemore
Horrible shoddy cowboy work, house is not ready to move into! The amount of snags and serious issues is staggering! The finish is shocking!Left them keys and gave extra time so they could rectify the most serious issues inside property so we could move in but within the extra time they had nothing was done and some things instead of repairing were made even worse! The only good thing about this place is sales staff, but that's usually the thing across most of the sites and developers, after they get your money you are left alone with all the issues...
To everyone reading this,please stay away from Hellway Elemore Houghton Le spring, save yourself your hard earned money!

Amazing service. Nothing to complaint above, no negative comments. Sale representative was fantastic, so calm and professional, people's person, went extra mile to support a good service. Amazing Kim at Victoria Gate!
Kim at Victoria Gate Stafford was so helpful with advice, support and guidance to help the buying and moving journey go as smoorhly as possible.
Kim was very welcoming, kind and knowlegeable, nothing was too much effort, we felt put at ease and her communication was so fast and seemless.
I would highly recommend Bellway homes especially the Stafford team at Victoria Gate.
Sophie our building site manager was so helpful and accomdating to, checking in on us reguarly.

From the first meeting with the sales rep when I had no idea to the day I moved in, the team have been so incredibly supportive, attentive and enthusiastic every step of the way. You can tell the team all communicate well and pull together and they combine professionalism with personal authenticity which made me feel like my journey mattered, not just another sales target. I really appreciate all the time they took to answer questions, reassure me and get excited with me along the way. I would 100% recommend.

New Bungalow
I have just bought a new bungalow on the Spirewood Grange site in Salisbury. Kerry in the sales team has been really helpful in making the whole process straight forward and answering a my questions. Jon has been very helpful explaining everything to me at the handover and making sure everything was going smoothly as I move in.

Massive thank you to The Wickets team for a seamless and stress free move into my new build. Steph kept me updated constantly and was there to answer any questions, nothing was too much trouble.
