BelleoFx, engages in unethical activities, deleting trades and withholding profits. Stay AWAY!
Since they flagged this review, I have provided all the documents to further elaborate my review and to precisely share with you the wrong doing.
I met them in the FXTrader's Summit Expo held in the RitzCarlton Hotel in Dubai 17-19th May. I visited their office few days later and warmly welcomed and shared they have a great ethic in business and dont worry, we will take care of you.
Please note that most of these broker's have smaller clients who deposit smaller amounts so our account is fairly larger in size for them.
Finally after meeting the owner face to face we thought he would not be a scamster as there are way too many in the world right now.
However, 29th Account was opened and funded
30th I did my first trade of buying 4 Lots of Gold
and Few Hours later, the markets moved over $20 generating a profit of $7902 and I sold my 4 Lots.
All these transactions were done 1 at a time during buy and during sell.
A few hours later, the account said "Invalid Login"
So I reached out to the sales guy and asked what happened, he told me he is just the sales guy, write an email to operations.
(Originally the same sales guy was involved in literally everything. His Whatsapp chats too submitted to the Dubai Police eCrimes division state, "lets build some relation together, and you wont be upset"). This was his version of building a relationship.
Few Hours later, I have an email from them stating I have done disobedient trading by doing latency arbitrage stating a clause from the agreement that was never signed.
(FYI: Latency arbitrage is done in products that are not so liquid. Its not possible in something as gold which is globally traded and especially with FX Broker / CFD Broker Spreads, it is impossible that too Manually on a MetaTrader platform thats globally known for its efficiency to these FX Brokers)
So Wow!
I requested for my profit money on email to operations, CEO, Owner, Sales and everyone and with a failed response, I then visited their office. The same office I was warmly welcomed now called the security since we were there for our money and they didnt want to pay the profits. We politely left instead of creating a scene (which we should have) and have approached the Police, Dubai Economic Department, Regulators in Mauritius and now the matter is escallated to CBI. Hoping there will be any results to get our money back, such scams should not belong in Dubai and definitely not in the FX World where people risk Dollar capital to make pennies.
Please also note, BelleoFx is regulated in Mauritius and not in Dubai. Their marketing "Fully Regulated" is technically no where close to the laws of UAE.
There are other platforms where you may read multiple reviews negative about them but I believe Trust Pilot verifies negative reviews and hence this one would be the most geniune you read about them as I have provided all the documents including the complaint numbers to TrustPilot.

We would like to bring some light on the case and add our response on this abuse.
Unfortunately, we can’t use the real name of this client as they are continuously flagging it and Trustpilot is continuously deleting our response, without thinking that this scammer can create trouble to other forex brokers too, hence having his name and IDs disclosed is very much important so other companies can take necessary measures as and when required. Anyways, since we can’t use it in our response but we are ready to share any information on this and all the scammers we came across with upon special requests on support@belleofx.com
The account of this specific user was thoroughly reviewed, and he received official emails from the company with explanation about his prohibited activities. We didn’t want to continue to provide service to this client as he was continuously breaching different clauses in the agreement which he agreed while signing up with us and closed his account by sending the initial deposit back to the source.
As per the Client Agreement and Terms and Conditions which client agreed to, while opening an account with BelleoFX, Company reserves the right to cancel the orders effective immediately and close the account in case of any abuse, which was done after 5 hours since client started trading with the company.
The type of order execution called “Close by” is prohibited by BelleoFX to all clients. The client in discussion here had managed to use them by bypassing/ exploiting the system. There are many other policies that he breached and continuing until now by defaming the company.
After a thorough consideration his account was suspended, his original deposit has been transferred back to him, and his trading account has been closed.
He also approached the UAE police for the same, and after a careful investigation of the case, the UAE police has rejected his request right away as there is no discrepancy from company side.
Conclusion: The entire review posted by this scammer was done in an effort to defame the company in any possible way as the company doesn’t work with traders that use abusive methods/strategies on its trading platform or try to breach the company policies.
