Poor service
Unfortunately, I have had to score one star due to the fact that my order took almost 10 days to arrive, and when it did, the wrong size labels had been attached to the items. Therefore, the items had to be returned. I am still waiting for a refund despite having to chase this up.

This was shipped on the following 3rd working day which was the 29th of July. You has selected Royal Mail tracked 48 for shipping also, which Royal Mail and ourselves do advise is up to 5 working days for delivery.
In total your order was delivered on time as advised on our website within 7 days / 5 working days.
Could this be in relation to a different order number as you have not opened a return on the order number in question?
Please note, with returns we do advise 14 days for processing, one of your other orders was returned only 10 days ago and should be processed within the next 4 working days.
