I had a quick look at your order, and I can see that your order was placed 16:49 on 24th June.
The items on your order showed a lead time of 3 working days for dispatch, and you opted for standard delivery with Evri, which quotes a delivery time of 4-5 working days at checkout.
With this in mind, the total quoted time for delivery was 7-8 working days, and delivery took place on 2nd July, which means that your order was delivered within 6 working days and earlier than the quoted timescale.

Customer service is awesome
This was the second time I ordered from Belle Lingerie. This time I needed to falsely pay VAT to my homecountry Finland but the customer service refunded this after emails. Customer service was quick and clear. Products are good and worth the price.

Unfortunately my whole address wasn’t…
Unfortunately my whole address wasn’t on the parcel, so the delivery company Evri decided to leave it against a telegraph pole on a main road claiming it to be “a secure location”. My parcel was subsequently taken and Belle Lingerie refuse to take responsibility for the fact it wasn’t delivered to me. I have tried Evri also but they don’t seem interested. I won’t be buying again from Belle Lingerie. From reviews I note that I’m not the only case. It seems that Belle Lingerie and the courier company don’t communicate to sort out these issues so I would say “buyer beware” - if the parcel doesn’t reach you - you may not get reimbursed!

We would like to clarify some of the points raised, as they do not accurately reflect the circumstances of your order.
When placing an order, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. In this instance, the address provided was incomplete. Where an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied and a parcel is subsequently lost, the retailer is not liable for the resulting loss. We did explain this to you during our previous correspondence.
For reassurance, if a parcel is lost despite a customer providing a complete and accurate delivery address, we would of course accept responsibility and would arrange either a replacement or a full refund. Customers who have entered the correct delivery details should not be concerned about being left out of pocket.
We would also like to confirm that, as previously advised, we have been actively liaising with the courier to determine whether the parcel can be recovered and either delivered to the correct address or returned to us so that we can arrange for it to be re-dispatched. The matter has now been escalated to the courier's local area manager for further investigation, and we are awaiting an update.
We appreciate your patience while this is being investigated and will keep you informed of any developments.
