I'm not sure if it's a scam or I was unlucky but after 20 days of waiting to ship my order I has to submit a claim through my card issuer.
Do NOT recommend as they don't reply to various channels

Standard shipping issue
Well, I ordered two weeks ago and the product hasn’t even shipped yet. I think the watches look beautiful but I’m not quite sure why this seems to be the case

SCAM!!!! FRAUD! AVOID!
SCAM!!!!! I have put my order over a month ago! They got back to me 2 weeks later saying Royal Mail lost my order and they will send me another one with complimentary gift and a tracking number! Guess what? I’ve never heard back from them again - NO tracking number given!
I have lost over £100 - AVOID AT ALL cost - it’s a fraud! I fear I never see my money back again!

I never received my order
I never received my order. My email inquiries landed in sales support Nirvana. Only once I received an email, saying they will rectify the situation (created by a Royal Mail strike).

3-5 day shipping is not accurate
3-5 day shipping is not accurate. It has been 20 days and I have yet to receive my order. Tracking trail abruptly ends 15 days ago. No word from the company regarding a delay.
