The w.c. we received is a great product, we already have an identical one from Bella in our family bathroom which has been faultless. We needed the toilet quickly and Bella Bathrooms arranged a special delivery for us which worked with no problems. They were polite and sympathetic and went the extra mile. Great result!

Item was not described properly. The waste hole on the bath was a slot rather than a circle. Bit the pictures of the bath and the diagram incorrectly showed a circular rather than a slotted waste.

I'm sorry you're not happy with your purchase. The diagram that is on our website clearly shows a slotted waste. After asking the team about this situation, it seems that the bath would not be suitable for what you wanted, regardless of the shape of the overflow. We would have been able to advise you if we'd been asked prior to dispatch - or your fitter could have let you know.
If you would like to return it for a refund, you have until the 4th of May to get it back to us.
