I would like to give a huge five-star review to Ms Kristy from Belle Barnett for the outstanding customer service she provided.
I placed an order on 13 July and was hoping to wear the dress to a wedding on 25th July. As the wedding date got closer and my package still hadn’t arrived, I became very worried and thought I might have to rush out and buy another dress.
I called Belle Barnett on Friday 24th and had the pleasure of speaking with kristy. She immediately checked the tracking information, let me know that my package had reached my local delivery area, and reassured me that I would receive it in time. I told her how nervous I was, and she was so calm, patient, and reassuring, by the end of our conversation I felt completely at ease.
Thankfully, my dress arrived yesterday 25th the day of the wedding before lunch time,I truly appreciated the excellent service I received from your Customer Service Representative Ms Kristy
I called Belle Barnett again today regarding a return, and I was fortunate to speak with Ms Kristy once more. She kindly explained the return process, let me know I would receive a credit note, and guided me through purchasing another style. She was knowledgeable about Belle Barnett’s products, professional, soft-spoken, and very easy to understand. Most importantly, she treated me with genuine kindness and patience throughout both calls.
Exceptional customer service is hard to find these days, and Your customer service Representative Kristy is a wonderful example of what great customer care should look like.
To Ladies If you’re looking for classy, elegant, and unique outfits, I highly recommend shopping at Belle Barnett. And if you have the opportunity to speak with Kristy, you’re in excellent hands.
