We bought a floor lamp and a door mat this month, and balcony furniture in spring. We love all the products.

Horrible website!! I ordered bin and cutlery set which were available on website. After placed an order i received an email that those items will be available after 3-4 months. Excuse me? You should give those informations before taking the money!!!
So i sent them email told me my order is cancelled and will be refunded. After a few days i got refund which wasn’t even full amount!!! Missing 45zl which i don’t understand. Feels like a scam.

I strongly advise against purchasing due to the shockingly poor quality and the company’s appalling customer service standards. The table from the patio set developed mold on one-quarter of its surface after just three months of use, caused by inadequate protection on Beliani’s side.

The warranty claim was denied with the absurd argument that Poland is a humid country, and that Beliani products used in humid climates require additional protective measures. Utter nonsense. What leaves the worst impression is the company’s attitude towards customers and its refusal to honor the warranty.

Aside from the manufacturer’s failure to provide proper protection, the furniture itself is of reasonable quality — it doesn’t look bad and is fairly well made.

I have placed an order in June for garden chair (which was indicated as available on stock) and until now I have not seen neither refund or my order.
beginning of july I have called their customer service
and they have promised to check the case with the shipping company (Bring claimed that they have not received the order from Beliani) and that if they cannot fid the order they will re-send it. No action was taken by Beliani for 3 weeks until I contacted them again by mail. Now they also wrote that they will START investigation (showing that nothing was even noted regarding my order and previous communication via phone)
Illegaly to the danish law they have taken the money for the order in June prior actual shipment.
Customer service responded to me that they are charging the money according to genram law (regardless the fact that I have made order via Danish web shop).
They have not even explained the situation and not acted on my calls asking about order status month ago!
They have also annouced that they don't have any compensation policy for delayed orders.

I had a good experience with Beliani, I bought a lamp that has elevated my lounge, the product is good quality and also their customer service is great, abd can help in English too :-)

After months of waiting for the product, I got my order annulled and money returned. The shipment kept getting delayed, and I received no notice from the company. It does not feel trustworthy!!!

Looks good and great for a bath but now twice the room below flooded.
The fittings to the tap and manifold are of very poor quality and rusted through causing flooding to the room below twice.

I decided to buy a chair Victoria pink and only after purchase and have seen it's out of stock and will be back in two months. My email got never replied.
At the end it's been almost half an year but l still have not received any information and never got the parcel. Money had never been returned as well. I'm really mad

The product I ordered was exactly what I expected and of good quality. I had some technical problems with initial set up, the instructions were not as clear as they could be but staff was available immediately over the phone and oferred solutions and advice. I am very satisfied with the product, which is a bed regulated with a remote. My mother loves it!
