Beliani has the best customer service compared to any of the other places I have shopped, the products come exactly as they were in the picture. Good quality staff. And last but not least,they have a very fast delivery.

Pretty bad service!
I ordered a carpet 10 days ago. Yesterday I received an SMS telling me that my product should be delivered today Friday between 8: 00-16: 00. I stayed at home all day waiting for my package and it never arrived. I called customer service around 4:30 PM to inquire about my package and their response was: we didn't have enough space in the truck! I asked when the driver was supposed to come again and they replied: next Friday!
Why didn't I get a notification about it?
The service is lousy and unprofessional. It was the first and last time I ordered with Beliani!

Bought a product on the 5th of october 2020. Have been in contact with them 4 times since. First time in December. The last time i talked with them 2 weeks ago they promised to forward the product again. Nothing happens. No product, and no refund.

I do not recommend you buy from this shop. I ordered, they took they payment were not able to send a tracking number. I sent mails, tracking number will come soon. It never did, after 9 days I called them (twice) to confirm status, 'its shipped', where is the tracking number? errrr we don’t have it, call me back then. Ok, then no call, i called them again, owe we cancelled it......why? we had not actually shipped it. Emmmm ok, when will reimbursement happen? Up to 10 days. So your going to take 10 days to refund something that you should not of taken money for, as it was not shipped?!?!? Emmmmmm Hence the recommendation I do not recommend you buy from this shop.

Ps. I must add though, the people on the phone were very nice and helpful, I just think their processes are not good.

I shop alot from Beliani as they have stylish and affordable products, and I have always been satisfied and happy with my customer experience. Highly recommend.
