According to their mail in the beginning , it says in 1-7 days they deliver but it has been almost 2months.

The problem with delivery of your order was caused firstly by our partnered shipping company (FairCargoNow) that stopped delivering our orders in March. Fortunately, we are collaborating with several different companies now (including Postnord, GLS). The next problem was caused by a system error that set a wrong delivery address. We have already fixed the bug, so such a problem will not occur again in the future.
We are aware that the delivery process took too long but we believe that we supported you efficiently and reacted quickly enough to solve the problems as soon as possible. We hope that your next purchase with us will meet your expectations.

Really a shop you can trust, sofa came in exact the colour shown on their website and fabric was of high quality, will certainly buy again. The only downside was delivery time, originally shown as 1 week, ended up to be more than 4 weeks.

This is one of the worst customer…
This is one of the worst customer experiences Iøve had with an online company. Ordered an item back in January and still not received it yet. The paiement got taken immediately though. They claim shipping company lost track of the parcel. Now customer service have stopped replying. Do not trust them with your orders!

Absolute no to Beliani
Please if you care about you mental health, DONOT buy from this company. I have never in my life written a review online, but I feel I should try my best to save others from going through this trauma. I was promised delivery in 3-5 days and it is the 45th day today and no signs of my package. The customer service is of no help other than telling you that it will come next week. Now they have redirected me to the delivery company and it is the same story there. Last week I was told that my package is in Copenhagen and will be delivered early next week. Today they told me it is in Fredricia and will be delivered next week. I wish people would listen to all the negative reviews. Unfortunately I did not check the reviews before ordering. Believe me its not worth it. If you buy from them, you are actually paying them to torture you for next, god knows how many weeks.

Not good service
Not good service. Ordered an return but return guy never showed up and hence they gave us no option but to opt for refund voucher which can only be used for Beliani.

Poor service!
The products are of the expected quality as described on the site. However, the service is poor. They were issues with my order to start with; they never bother to check. Three days later I called and they fix the problem. Days passed with no news and my order has not been delivered yet! I called and chatted with the customer service online. Each time instead of assisting and fixing the issue, they get defensive. Once I was told “Denmark is a busy market you have to wait” and once the guy was copying and pasting from the Terms and Conditions of the order to justify that they are not late to deliver! Finally, the order was deliver almost 2 weeks later! Worse, I paid for the delivery where the driver helps you to carry the product to the apartment. He just dropped the items in front of the building door and left! Almost 10 big heavy boxes!!
