I did an order at 12 December with the extreme fast delivery option that was guaranteed that i will recieve it at 23 of December. Today is allready 23 of January and i still didn't recieve anything. I sent a lot of emails and every time i take automatic answer or answer like
"we care about our customers, thank you for your patience" etc and absolutely nothing about where is my order and why it is not sent.
After 40 days they anwsered for the first time about my order. There was an "error" in my order. I anwsered immediately back that i want a full refund and all of sunden i got a respponse that my order is allready shipped. Still nothing recieved....

Überraschend gut / Surprisingly good
Bei aller anfänglichen Skepsis muss ich sagen:
Qualitativ gute Arbeit und schneller Versand.
Die Ware selber ist sauber vearbeitet, die Vergoldung gleichmäßig und optisch sehr schön.
Der Versand erfolgte als Paket inklusive Tracking, es war also jederzeit der Sendungsstatus abrufbar. Dabei erfolgte die Lieferung früher als avisiert.
Despite all the initial skepticism, I have to say:
Good quality job and fast shipping.
The goods themselves are neatly processed, the gilding evenly and optically very beautiful.
The shipment was carried out as a package including tracking, so the shipment status was always available. The delivery was earlier than announced.
All in all: completely satisfied.
Alles in allem: rundum zufrieden.

Service is excellent, fine product but....
Service is excellent. Products are very fine looking. I ordered a second time because of that. Only one thing was disappointing at the first order... the Heart screwed itself off and for that reason I lost it. The heart is made of two pieces a lower part an a top (heart). It’s fixed together by screw thread. This wasn’t properly fixed. Very sad for the money I spent on it .
But apart from that it’s recommendable.
