Amazing service at BEKA-AUTO

I would like to share an amazing experience at BEKA-AUTO. I exchanged my old car for an Audi Q3 Sportback . I was amazed of their salesman Thomas that was very supportive, professional and friendly; he helped me with all my questions, preparing all the documents... the transaction was very fast and smooth. Everything has been perfectly made. Very happy for the absolutely fantastic service and friendliness all the way from when we arrived for the test drive, until we drove home with our new Audi Q3. A big thank you to THOMAS and BEKA AUTO team, totally recommend them to everyone and i'm looking forward for an amazing colaboration for many many years to come. 👏🎊🥂

Customer oriented and high quality cars!

We've bought a Tesla from Beka Auto less than a week ago and we are really pleased with the high level of service received. Casper was really responsive and helpful, even though I sent him quite a few questions and had some specific requests. He greeted us always with a smile on his face and was really helpful along the purchase process. The car was also well prepared for the handover to us.

I have bought a BMW X5 from this…

I have bought a BMW X5 from this company. The car had a dysfunctional problem with shaking and screaming. They told me they will let the car go through a large service package when they delivered to me. When I got the car experienced the same problem and Beka was not familiar with any dysfunctionality with the car. I asked to let the car to another BMW service center and they accepted that. The car was 3 times to the preparation at the BMW center and they found many huge of malfunctions at the car, e.g gearbox and more. I asked to return the car but Beka auto denied that and told me that they take the car to their center for own service. After 10 days I got the car back and had the same problem, and Beka auto denied any problem with car. I took the car to the BMW authorized service center and they told me that the car has the same problem as the gearbox and some other part are not following each other. Beka denied any truth of this test and despite the report from BMW that has suggested the gearbox and some other part should be replaced with a new one. They have made a false contract with me and do not follow their own signed contract. They tried even push the so called "dansk autohandler union" which is only covering Beka and wrote me descrimiting letter to give up 550000kr paid for this car. Dont go to this company before you hired a lawyer.

Volvo V60 - Navigation via internet problem

in December 2018, I bought a Volvo V60. I am really happy with the performance and the condition of the car. The staff was really helpful during the buying process.
BUT, Beka did not fix a feature, which was on the list of features of the car. It's been more than a year now and I still can't use that missing feature.
I left the car two times to Beka for fixing, upon their request but they said they did not get feedback from an expert for fixing the car, so I had to take my car back.
I have sent several mails to ask them to fix the problem since I bought the car, but they either didn't get back to me or said they're waiting for feedback from someone.
My last mail is still unanswered for nearly 2,5 months. I sent an SMS to the sales people too but he said he was sick for three months and therefore he couldn't get back. In such a big and well known company, someone else should be looking after the e-mails, if one is out for three months.
All in all, although I am really happy with the car and the service given during the buying process, I do not think I will buy my future car from Beka or take my car to service there too.
