Communication with them for starters is stellar!I think most the bad reviews saying that customer service is slow is honestly just people being impatient, product I have bought from them turned out really well during research and I’m 99% sure if you send it to a reputable, legitamate lab, that does liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry testing and your product is below 99.00% pure, (meaning 98% or below) they will either send you funds back (easier if paid with a credit/ debt card for them to do that) or they will send you the product again free of charge ensuring potency. Overall this company is AMAZING with a wide range of products! Also look at your batch number and email them a COA lab report for that EXACT batch and they will give it too you, if you feel sketched just email/ call the lab that they claim tested it to confirm they legitimately tested it (and no thy do not fake lab tests). 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the research field!

Ordered 20 ct of 50 mg Flmodafinil. Received a bottle of 43 1000 mg caps of something. (Avg weight varies by over 75mg). Customer support was very responsive, and admitted they sent me the wrong product, and would be sending the correct order. 1 week later, I got another response saying after reviewing everything, that I was sent the right product. Case closed. Research with whatever you are receiving at your own risk. Thankfully I didn't research with this product - if it is 1000 mg of Flmodafinil, it would be a very dangerous dose.

I can tell that the product quality is excellent from taking the supplements and seeing the results. Also, the packaging and manufacturing effort from the company was very well done.

Very great quality and they are a one stop shop! I've ordered from behemoth several times over the past couple of years and I have zero complaints with quality or customer service! The only complaint is price, they are very pricey on there GLP's compared to other sites!

After ordering from them a few times I have now experienced the shipping problems all the 1 star reviews talk about. Not sure what their problem is, but it’s doubtful I’ll see my order at this point. Even if I do somehow get it, it’s probably ruined cause the products that I ordered need to be temper controlled. Will not be ordering from them again and I would recommend others stay away as well. There are other places to get these products.

There are very few sources to get IM yk-11 and I decided to try these guys. They got my order processed and sent out in around 5 days. Received it at my door In under 10 days with a few cool merch items. This stuff is legit. I Started seeing results immediately. Muscle hardness and fullness is insane, with an almost tren like partitioning/look. I will definitely be shopping with them again

Product not shipped in over 32 days, 16 emails, numerous phone calls- no resolution.
Shipping thru USPS tracking number says need product to be delivered and need payment for shipping. PURERAWZ failed to correct - after 30 days USPS cancelled transaction with PURERAWZ.

Product quality is legit! Which is getting harder and harder to find. So that alone makes them pretty amazing! Company is also one of the last remaining companies to offer CJC 1295 With DAC.. the few online companies that are advertising it, are not actually selling the legit product (I know from personal experience of buying and testing them.) Website, ordering and customer service are all great! My only complaint and reason for not buying more from them is the checkout/payment process is really strange and or terrible! But other than that, very good company!

The amount of time it takes to get your order is probably a month.

Great products at great prices and if everything goes smoothly it's a great transaction. If however, a product gets shipped to the wrong place, customer service can be challenging to deal with. To be clear, they are polite and responsive, but it felt like I had to after a new request every time I contacted them, as if there was no communication between the customer support team.
