I cannot begin to express how positive my experience was with this company. I’m truly in awe of them. I ordered the wrong size of pants and they went above and beyond to ensure I got the right size before a photoshoot. They liaised with me out of office hours and continued the following days to ensure I got the product needed. I spoke to multiple different staff members and they were all so friendly, kind and professional. This was the first time I have bought from beginning boutique and I can ensure you I will be purchasing from them again. You guys are awesome and restored my faith in humanity. Thank you again!
Horrible Experience! First they tried to charge me an additional $30 for "customs" fees, then when I refused to pay/tried to cancel my order the customer service was horrible - the girls were rude and the cherry on top is that they tried to refund me via gift card! as if i'd ever shop there again.
As well they only returned me half my money ($55 out of $118)
Don't shop here unless you want to be treated as subclass and ripped off.
I ordered 2 dresses from this site and waited few days for it to be shipped only for me to receive poor quality dresses with their measurements off. I ordered a size 2 US and got size 6 dresses which is correct but when I tired both dresses on it’s equivalent to size L (I’m size S or XS) so their sizing on website is wayyy off than what they deliver out to customers. I paid $40CAD for international shipping which already costed me a lot for nothing and when I called customer they won’t atleast offer any deal for the inconvenience and dissatisfaction. I’m still paying the return fee $23CAD. So now I’m left with no dress to use for my event and still costed me $63CAD for nothing. I’ll never order from this site again. Most disappointing Australian site.

Posting this review on the behalf of a friend - “If I could give them no star I would. I paid an extra $10 for express shipping and my clothes took over a week to get to me when the website and email said 3-4 days. So disappointed in this company as this is the second time this has happened. Gave them a second chance but again was dissatisfied with the service and apparent express shipping. Half the clothes on the website you can find at other popular stores for cheaper and those stores will actually get it to you on time with no issues. Don’t waste your money.”

I love this store and the quality of the clothing. Wish they had a store in the US. Yesterday I was experiencing an issue with the return portal. Trisha was incredible sending me the correct link as well as getting the issue resolved. Trisha answer quickly which make the support incredible.

I was excited about the clothing I received but sizing wasn’t right. Instead of a refund they gave me store credit, which is interesting to have a policy that is not 30 days. But additionally, after receiving items when ordering with store credit the sizing wasn’t right again. So upon returning they failed to provide a refund to my account and it’s been almost a month (it should have taken 5 business days). So needless to say it’s disappointing to support a business who doesn’t seem to care about customer service/experience. Feel pretty scammed honestly.

Ordered a while ago, website said delivery would be 2-3 days but 3 weeks later and my order still hasn’t arrived so I emailed them and was told it was still processing, I asked for a cancellation because it was taking too long and they refused. A month came and I asked where my order is and they said it was lost during delivery, absolutely waste of time

Their sizing is so dodgy, not standard at all, despite what it says. The product doesn't look like the image they show on the website, don't trust it! The quality is alright, my order was XS but what they gave me couple fit someone three times as big, it was XXL!! And when I complained they responded, but the price for return was too much.

Am leaving a review here because they filter reviews on their website. My review for Taleah Cut Out Maxi Dress Sage:
"At a higher price point I was honestly expecting the dress to be higher quality. Fabric is not that breathable, stitching is sloppy, and cut-outs at the ribs are uneven (enough to be noticeable when I put it on!). Really disappointing."
Update: Returned the dress and paid roughly AUD38 for shipping. They would not reimburse me the cost. Gave me store credits which I won't be using.
