I am writing another review on this company because they are now offering a "partial refund" because the items are "already shipped". I have repeatedly said that I do not want the merchandise. I never received the merchandise to begin with, so I repurchased from a reputable seller. They said that they have provided a partial refund, but it will take "up to 10 days" for the refund to appear on my account. Since when does that occur if there is no merchandise to return? It is generally 24-48 hours, at the most. They are hoping you just give up. On top of this, Trust Pilot is giving them an "average" 2.9/5.0, when there are only 2 reviews and they are both 1. I have seen this situation one other time with Trust Pilot. I have sent TP a message regarding this, and I hope they make this right. They are misleading customers with a fake average.
So i received a message from Trust Pilot explaining that they do, in fact, add 7 fake reviews for small companies without many reviews. This would imply that a scam company, will require MANY 1 star reviews before users are alerted because 7 high reviews takes a lot to counter.
