My son bought a property that had gorgeous wardrobe doors so I searched online and found Bedrooms Plus online. The service they provided really impressed me. It was possible to have a WhatsApp chat with someone who really knew all about the products. I had loads of questions and the guy didn’t seem to mind at all. Purchased some parts, asked for express delivery, for which the put forward with the carrier, the carrier major fail with no customer service. Bedrooms Plus did their best with currier, the carrier failed but the offered and issued a refund for the express service, Didn’t waste my time, they did their job. I thank you!
We ordered the Space pro "relax" system, easy to order Great communication and parts arrived when expected. We did have a damaged item but this was resolved & replaced quickly with Polite & courteous service. After care was superb, really pleased with the product too.
